Sizing is way off even with the same product!
Ordered 2 stacking rings the same size. One just about fits and the other wont even go over the knuckle on same finger. Sent then photos and they said ive moved the ruler and that the rings are actually the same size!! Terrible customer service and very very poor quality rings. Do not waste your money. Update given they have now replied, ive been told i can send it back at my own cost for a credit note! Avoid this company at all costs!!

Vibrant Color Change!
I've been purchasing from this brand for over 10yrs. This new ring is lovely. The color change is vibrant, and it looks beautiful. The band feels thin, I do wish it were made a bit more sturdier. Otherwise very happy about this purchase!

Good quality and excellent customer servicece
I purchased two pieces from Moon Magic and had a very positive experience overall. The jewelry is beautiful and of excellent quality. Although I decided to return one of the pieces, even the return process went very smoothly. The customer service team was supportive, responsive and stayed in touch throughout the entire process. I wear the second piece all the time and absolutely love it. I also particularly appreciated the option to order a certificate for the diamonds and gold, which gave me extra confidence in my purchase. I will definitely buy from Moon Magic again
