This was my first time ordering from this company and it was an online order. I saw the item I ordered on fb and loved it. I ordered the item and it looked exactly like what the model was wearing. The item was very intricately made and the buttons and lace was very detailed and well sewn. I must say the item (white jacket) is very classy. When I received the item, it was too small. I contacted Customer Service via their QR code and the return process began. I must say that being this was an online order and I needed to return an item, the process was very clear and easy. Currently, I am waiting for my new item. Did I mention that this company informed me that there was no need to return the too small item. I will definitely recommend this company. Thank you Mooyius.

Received my order and it was exactly as pictured. The dress is gorgeous, great quality, and perfect for what I ordered it for, church.
I did need to exchange the dress for an XL, I initially ordered a L, but it did not close. I normally wear a size 12-14, so ladies size up. This is a must order!!

I purchased this item in late December for a February event. They informed me it was on back order if I could wait they would get it to me on time, or I was was free to choose something else or a refund. I let them know I would like to wait. They kept me up to date anytime I reached out. I received the dress today. It's stunning & exceptionally well made the perfect fit. The dress was not true to size so I would recommend sizing up to make sure it fits ok. The dress quality is good. Returns is not easy but customer service will work with you to send you the right size if wanting to try a different size.
