I ordered a beautiful white pea coat/ dress- it looks gorgeous, but I realized it was too small and needed the next size up, and when I contacted customer service via Chat, it was immediately resolved with zero hassles. I got an immediate response from their agent with a resolution to expedite a new shipment with a larger size. That was the easiest exchange process ever. My order was delivered via Fed Ex, which I appreciate as I would have to go to the post office to pick it up otherwise. I needed to do an exchange and reached out to customer service. They responded to me in a very timely manner. It took a bit of time to get things worked out for the exchange, however the support folks kept me in the loop and were very accommodating. I purchased a lovely purple gown that fit like it was made for me. I don't often purchase these types of items online, but I was very happy with the dress quality and can't wait to wear it to a major event I am going to. I will update this review with a photo when the event takes place. The materials used are very nice and I would not hesitate in ordering from them again.

I ordered a dress from Mooyius not knowing what to really expect as far as quality goes. The dress showed up in a timely manner, the material is very high quality and the dress is well made. I ordered a size 4-6, which typically will fit but unfortunately , the dress was a little snug just under the bust. I contacted customer service, and they were most helpful. They will be sending me a size up and shipping it asap soon as possible. I will be ordering from them in the future.

I purchased a dress which was delivered from the US and shipped promptly. I returned the item at my expense but had to returned to China!! I have waited 5 months and still no refund. Have shared the tracking label with Mooyius which states it is in China. I wouldn’t buy anything from this company.

I am extremely disappointed with Mooyirus and their return practices. I purchased a suit for $278.43. The item did not fit, and I contacted the company the same day I received it—well within their stated 14-day return window. What followed was weeks of unnecessary back-and-forth: I was required to take and submit photos Instead of processing a return, I was repeatedly pressured to keep the item at a discounted price At one point, they even suggested I gift the suit to someone else Only after prolonged emails did they finally provide a return address I returned the item, submitted the postal receipt as proof, and to this day: No refund has been issued No response to my follow-up emails Complete silence What makes this worse is that I am a repeat customer. I purchased five items and only needed to return one. This is not an isolated or unreasonable request—it’s basic consumer protection. A company that advertises a return policy but then: Delays Deflects Pressures customers to keep items And withholds refunds …is operating in bad faith. I am simply asking for the refund I am owed. Until then, I strongly caution others: buy at your own risk.

My boyfriend purchased me a 143-dollar dress from this website for Christmas and it didn't fit. They only allow a 14-day return or exchange. That is unacceptable. If I hadn't thrown a fit, stating that my boyfriend would no longer use this website to purchase clothing for me or his mother I would have reached no resolution and been at a 143-dollar loss.
