The team was incredibly kind, understand-ing, and generous during my difficult time. They quickly sent the correct size and went above and beyond to help. Never buy from this company! I paid for my order Dec 8 2025. Today is Jan 9th, I am yet to recieve all my items.
Return policy is a scam! Despite 12 attempts at picking out a replacement item that is always out of stock, I am yet to recieve a refund for a women top that is not as described.

The garment I ordered was of the quality and beauty of my expectations! I am very happy with the fabric, the fit and the construction. I am very happy and would order from this company again. The shipping does take a little longer than what I usually find through other online places. I was okay with it taking longer, but if you needed something for a specific date, order well ahead.

I ordered the Elegant One-Shoulder Satin Gown With Draped Detail And Side Slit and when I received this gorgeous gown, I realized I ordered a size too big. This dress is so gorgeous, quality fabric! Exactly how it appears on the website. I emailed customer service and received an immediate response. They were so helpful! I should receive the replacement gown soon! I'm so so excited! The dresses are beautiful and very nice quality. The sizes run a little small so the dress I ordered did not fit. I contacted them online and they quickly responded. I was one day late to return or exchange and they made an exception for me. The larger size was out of stock and they allowed me to choose another dress to resolve the problem. It was just as gorgeous and arrived promptly. This company is definitely not a scam as I read in other reviews. I would absolutely order from them again and I thank them for their excellent customer service!

Ok, so this was my first time ordering from this company. My items arrived, were beautiful, and of excellent quality. I didn't order the right size and needed to make an exchange, but I want to tell you that the customer service was AMAZING! I don't like chat boxes, but I got to speak with a human, and she was invaluable. I will be on the lookout for my exchange pieces and will DEFINITELY order from Mooylius again!

I would give this scam of a company 0 stars if I could! Ordered a dress for $140 and when it arrived it looked nothing like the picture. I immediately emailed inquiring about a return and refund. I shipped the dress back to China at my own expense of $40 and after 3 weeks of emails they are now telling me that I have to pay the customs duties to receive my refund! -$180 later I will blast this company to anyone who will listen.

Cheap material and wrong sizes on their website. They dont specified that they dont pay for returning the items. Customers need to pay for it. Really? I should've read all the reviews online. They are scammers. Here is my order number MY101487
Wrong sizes and these people had the audacity to ask me "we can offer a 20% discount if you decide to keep the item" so, why would I keep an item that does not fit properly? The dress was extremely tight on my neck amd chest area. The dress i ordered does not look like the one on their website at all. Very unsatisfied

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I ordered 2 dresses and 2 blouses from this company. I received 2 of the exact same dresses that were both of very poor quality, rather than what I ordered. The blouses were AWFUL! I have been communicating with them for over 2 months trying to get a refund. They have tried to bargain with me, never fulfilling any promised refund. They have sey up difficult and outrageously priced return process. 45 emails later, they have offered me 20% of what I paid. Better Business Bureau here i come!

12 hours after posting this review, I received a reply asking me to contact support@mooyius dot com, with my order number. That is the. SAME address to which I have a string of 45 emails dating back to October. BUYER BEWARE. They have an American phone number and an address in the USA, but they will insist you ship returns at your own expense, with import fees, back to China. IF they receive it, you MAY be credited.
