This is one of those reviews that if I could write zero stars I would. I ordered two dresses for my nieces wedding (order #MY166378). One dress was a size 6, the other a size 8. The dresses arrived and neither fit well. I went to the return portal within four days of receiving the dresses and requested approval of the return. The company actually asked me for my measurements, telling me they’d be kept confidential. Further, it took eight emails back and forth before they gave me a return address in China even though the items were shipped to me from California. Now they tell me I need to cover the cost of shipping to China as follows verbatim from the eighth email:
When processing the return, please choose the logistics channel that includes taxes, customs clearance fees and other related charges. It is recommended that you confirm these details with the logistics provider when returning the item, so that the return can be successfully delivered.

Delivery took 3 months after many emails exchanged. It took them one month to ship!!!! But the dress is great, exactly as shown on picture. Just love it.

After purchasing the Elegant Satin Draped-Collar Midi Dress With Black Belt dress, which I absolutely love, I needed to exchange for a larger size. I reached out to customer service who immediately offered to send me the next size. Disappointed the size I originally purchased was unavailable, but the experience was hassell free. I will definitely shop Mooyius again!
The products are very pretty. This was my first order, and I was nervous, but it came in very quickly. I also ordered sizes too small, so I went with the customer service chat, and they resolved my issue quickly and shipped the correct size.
I received my garment in a timely fashion. I think it ran small, so asked for another size and it was immediately ordered. I have not received it yet, but look forward to receiving it.
I’m sorry but I have had excellent results. Yes the order did take forever but the dress is exactly as described and looked like as on their website. I absolutely adore the dress and cannot wait to wear it. I have now ordered another dress and is it is still pending but I’m sure that it will arrive EXTREMELY HAPPY, ANNETTE AUSTRALIA
The response and customer service provided was great. The rep was patient with me and worked with replacement for the items that i needed replaced. Great customer service.
Ordered top which was far too big.
Lots of problems when I said I wanted to return. Cost me £26 to return which was months ago and they say they haven’t received. They offered half of the price of the garment but I would still be £50 out of pocket. Wouldn’t have ordered in the first place if I had known.
Please don’t bother.

I ordered a dress and it arrived today, took maybe 2 to 3 weeks to get it and it is very beautiful and very well made. Good quality, great price and delivery was awesome. I am very happy with my purchase and will order again. Recommend highly.
Ordered 2 items (not cheap either). Waited over 2 weeks…nothing. Only when I inquired about the order was I informed that one of the items is now not available, nor will be. (Bait and switch tactic) please pick another item that IS available. Also, 2nd item is on “pre-order “..no idea when this can ship either. I don’t want any other items, just what they advertised. I ask to cancel and refund, doesn’t happen. Instead I get slow email responses asking to wait, or choose another item. I open a case with PayPal (thank god I used them) now they claim they can’t refund unless I close my case. I escalated the case to a claim now and are awaiting resolution for the $340. Total scam site and I’m angry that I even placed an order.

I ordered a denim jumpsuit. It arrived and looked beautiful, but it was a bit too large on the top. I contacted customer service, using the link on the website and within 2 minutes, they agreed to let me keep the item that was too large and they sent me one in the correct size - FREE OF CHARGE!

This place is a total scam! After ordering my item I never received an email, update or any other notification about my order. After three weeks I attempted to contact through the website which gave me a email or online chat options. I tried three times to contact them with no response. After I realized I had been scammed I checked with the better business bureau and saw there were numerous red flags for this company. I made a complaint myself and I am currently disputing the charges with my credit card company. I think any positive reviews on this website have to be made by the scammers themselves.

The customer service responded immediately with my exchange request and resolved the issue. My item was too large and they sent the another size same day. The item was high quality and a statement style, The quality of the fabric was high end and designer. I would buy again from this company .
Absolutely terrible experience. Stay away from this company.
I placed an order, was charged immediately, and received an order confirmation, which made me believe the item was in stock. After waiting for two weeks with no shipping updates, I had to contact customer service myself. Only then was I told that the dress was actually out of stock. They never informed me proactively.
I reluctantly agreed to exchange the item instead of requesting a refund, hoping they would finally resolve the issue. However, my exchange request has now been sitting pending approval for days, and nothing has happened. It hasn’t even been approved, let alone shipped.
This company has wasted my time from the very beginning. Poor communication, false inventory information, extremely slow customer service, and absolutely no respect for customers.
At this point, I no longer want anything from this store. I have completely lost confidence in this company and have requested a full refund.
If you value your time and your money, shop somewhere else. There are plenty of retailers that actually know how to treat their customers. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.

Excellent quality, Iv'e ordered about 6 different items from them and have more on the way! Everything fits beautifully and the materials are thick and do not fade with washes. They also have great customer service.
I am a big fan of this company right now. The dress was just as elegant as it was pictured, and I was ecstatic to try it on the day it arrived. Unfortunately, it was a slightly smaller fit than expected. Customer service was very easy to work with and responsive to my needs. A replacement in a larger size was arranged in very short order and I am very happy with the result.
