I ordered a pants suit from this company and when I received it it was very small compared to American sizes probably two sizes smaller than a normal size 8 to 10- I went to return it but the company would not honor their return policy they kept trying to give me a discount of 20% to keep the product which I had no use for as I needed it for a wedding and I did tell them that- I contacted their customer support team on how to return the product as the website states but they would not tell me how - now they want me to return the pants suit to China which will cost me more to ship then it cost me to purchase the pants suit- run from this company don't walk- I have disputed the charge and they are very very very difficult to deal with!

I ordered a dress, and although good quality, it didnt fit right on me. Mooyius made my exchange super easy through chat. I am looking forward to receiving my replacement.
This is the first time I’ve used Mooyius- and what an excellent experience! I don’t think I’ve EVER had such great customer care! Definitely will continue my future shopping with them! Other clothing establishments need to follow their example!
One of the two dresses arrived late and they refunded me immediately! Both dresses are really nice and fit perfectly and correct to size. Very helpful customer service!
I have purchased many dresses from this online store and must say their garments are not only well made but also packed so beautifully. Their service exceeds my expectations too. Mooyius operates in a way that feels like a scam: they send out one item from a multi-item order, leave you waiting with zero notification, and only when you chase them yourself does the "missing" item conveniently turn out to be out of stock. Reading other reviews, this seems to be their standard playbook, not a one-off. Did they ever actually have the stock? They were happy to take my money and leave me endlessly waiting either way. It feels like fraud, the way they run this business. Either that or they are a small drop shipping company that cannot keep up and have already spent our money leaving us dry. Order #MY160566, placed June 19. I ordered a pants-and-blouse set plus a top. Only the top arrived. The set (USD $141.06 / AUD ~$203, out of a USD $200.52 / AUD ~$289 order) was quietly marked out of stock — no email, no call, nothing. I only found out because I reached out myself about a sizing issue with the top that did arrive. They broke two of their own written promises: Shipping & Delivery policy: "If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you promptly via email or SMS to arrange an exchange or refund." Returns & Exchanges policy: "If the item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss a solution." Neither happened. They did not contact me and they are not offering a proper refund. Here's the truly scammy part: instead of the refund I repeatedly asked for, I was offered a "replacement" over and over again (despite my explaining there was no suitable replacement at all), then a 30% discount off a NEW FUTURE order, then 50% off a NEW order, and finally a "generous" 10% partial refund — USD $14.11 for a USD $141 . To be clear , as im in Australia - that's a $20 refund on a $200 item they cannot fulfil. Every single offer by them required me to either spend more money or accept a fraction of what I was actually owed. I have now asked FOUR times for a full refund. Each time, they respond with a different discount or upsell instead of just giving me my money back as per their own policy — they just want me to spend more money on their products instead of giving me what I'm entitled to as per their own policy. Save yourself the stress. If you haven't ordered yet, don't. Genuinely disappointing, because the one item that did arrive (the top) was good quality. If they ran an honest business, they'd have repeat customers instead of a Trustpilot page full of the exact same reviews. I just want a refund on an item that has been paid for but they cannot deliver on. I have notified them I Will have to contact my bank now and flag them with Shopify, as this company is an endless loop of wasted time. Update: following this review and notifying of the above, I have just been sent confirmation of a refund.

Return policy is horrible! I received the dress and it does not fit right. They said easy returns, what a joke. So they offer giving me a 20% refund or giving me their address and o pay for the shipping. I would not buy from them to anyone.

This site is a scam!!! Do not purchase. You are unable to cost effectively return and there is no ability to know that when you purchase. As return shipping costs internationally were so high they offered initially 30% refund, and then 40%. I agreed to 40% and received email saying they credited 30%. Had to go back and show email for 40%.I lost a lot of money and quality of clothing horrible! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!

Mooyius on line support was very helpful when my original order did not fit properly. I was disappointed that another size was no longer available in my concert black, as I loved the dress. However, I was able to select another dress to replace my original choice in a different size without shipping costs. I am hopeful I will like the next dress just as much! Customer service was very helpful in providing options.
Mooyius is a company does that does not honor returns for full refund without you sending the return to China for processing paying for duties and other fees that cost the customer almost as much as the product itself. I bought a dress for $100. Didn't fit. Wanted to return, but after haggling about returning the item, they offered 20% back then 40% back. When I said I just want to return it, they responded with a process that required me to ship the item to China, pay duties and other fees including freight. I finally said, I'll keep the item and told them they lost a customer - forever. Very bad customer support. They should be doing business where their customers are and do the right thing for their customers.

It is imperative that you DO NOT BUY clothing from Mooyius. The business is unethical. They do not allow a reasonable avenue for returning clothing items. Any attempts to return a clothing item is met with delayed e-mail responses, delay tactics such as negotiating partial refunds, and then indicating that the buyer (you) are responsible for paying for the entire shipping costs to return to China. I have never had a more frustrating buying experience. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ITEMS FROM MOOYIUS. The items themselves are of poor quality.

I ordered some items from this company, they took a while to arrive and once the did, I made a return. They did not refund my fees to mail it back which was $92 and once I did sent it paying the "taxes" they needes for China an all, 1.5 months later stated I hadn't paid the taxes. I am still going back and forth with them, and I still haven't received my refund for the items I sent back. This is the reply I received from Mooyius: "Dear Customer, MY141357 We’re sorry to apologize for the inconvenience . In this case ,we cannot receive the returned parcel . How about we refund you 30% of the item for this matter as compensation? And we sincerely believe nothing can be a problem with communication. Thank you for your understanding in advance. Scam!I placed an order with this company and paid for four items. Only two items were delivered. I was informed that the remaining two items were out of stock and that a refund would be issued. After waiting several months and contacting the company more than a dozen times by email, no refund was provided. When I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge for the undelivered items, the merchant emailed me requesting that I cancel the dispute and remove my review, promising that the refund would be issued afterward. I canceled the dispute in good faith. Despite this, the refund was never processed. The company now states that the order is not eligible for a refund due to an expired refund period, even though the items were never shipped or received. This complaint is posted to document my experience and to warn other consumers. I am requesting a refund for the two items that were never delivered.

I got an excellent customer service. I had to return a product because it was too big and within a few seconds they are going to send me another one. The jacket is amazing and I love it. Disgusting. Do not order anything here. I ordered a $100 dress two months in advance from the date of my event and no correspondence regarding shipping or anything for a month. I reach out and find out the dress will be made and shipped out a month later??? Then I ask for a refund and they keep circling back to have me look at another item that’s available right now. I keep asking for a refund and they ignore my request. The worst.

Mooyius is a terrible website. I ordered 5 items in April. It is July now. Still two item not received. Send numerous emails. No any response. Three received. One is very good quality. The other two poor quality and doesn’t looks like on advertisements. Keep away from Mooyius
