Deserves a 0! I'm one of the "lucky few" who the outfit DID fit. However, the dress was literally missing a whole should seam. Have you ever seen a dress without a shoulder seam? Um, it looks absolutely ridiculous and cannot be worn! When I emailed them pictures of the missing shoulder seam, I thought surely they would issue me a replacement. All I want is the dress, with shoulder seams as advertised in the photos! Replacement? NOPE! They offered me a $5 credit for a $37 dress that I can't wear due to their own sewing error. When I was insistent that I wanted a replacement, not a credit, they said I would have to mail the dress back to them in China, at my own expense, and order a new one. Um, no thanks!
Absolutely awful. I emailed them to please cancel my order because it wouldn't arrive on time. They sent it anyway. Then the shipping information was inaccurate so I couldn't track it. It finally landed on my doorstep. Its waaaay too small. So I emailed them to send it back and they told me it would take too long to ship back to china. They finally offered a partial refund. I told them I wanted a full refund because I had asked to cancel it. They just refunded $3 out of $58.
Because I can't give it zero stars. First of all it does ship from china. The material is pathetically cheap and the size is run way too small. It takes forever for them to get back to you through customer service. They told me it would be 20 to 30 dollars to ship it back and it's not it's a $108. Don't recommend

They are cheap quality dresses not what they portrayed to be I'm still in the middle of cancelling further dresses..... it took 6 weeks to make a dress not custom made I threaten to cancel but now I wish I never ordered at all! One dress was thinner than my bed sheets and no quality to stay on because the fabric had no support! Disappointed if this is our future and shopping is online!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a dress early February 2024 and still have not received the dress or my money back- it is end of April 2024. I have contacted the cs many times and they keep saying return is on the way. I'm reporting them to the better business bureau.
Terrible customer service. I tried to cancel my order with them right away after being told they stole content from an influencer I follow. They refused to cancel the order and then I got my order over a month later and it was terrible quality clothing.

Worst customer service team told me my refund i requester (for taking so long) would be made weeks ago. Just a scam and sounds like the dress will be awful based off other comments. This company is a SCAM (also called Mixie Dress). They told me shipping would be 10-15 days and it took 6 weeks for the dresses to arrive. Two of the dresses were enormous and no where near the right size. The 3rd dress was so poorly made and the right side was significantly longer than the left. I asked to return all 3 dresses (which cost $113) and the offered me a $16 refund. I tried to negotiate, but they would only agree to a $30 refund.
Shipment took over 2 months to get to me when they promised 10-15 days. Customer service is the worst. Poor quality clothes. I can’t send my items back not either. If you’re thinking ab ordering just don’t do it.

I ordered a dress from Mixiedress which was promoted by Loverly Grey. It took several weeks to arrive from CHINA.
The cut and quality were appalling and the zip was broken.
They refused to send me a returns label for weeks, but I persisted. They then offered me $8. I said I wanted a full refund as the item was faulty.
They then sent me a return address but said I had to pay the postage back to China and that it might’ve held up in customs and therefore I wouldn’t get a refund.
They then offered me $9.
I am still in dispute with them.

I wouldn’t even give a star if I didn’t have to. I’m so mad. Ordered a dress that took forever to get. Then when it arrived, it was terrible quality and the buttons wouldn’t even close in the front, leaving the entire chest open. This is not at all how the dress was pictured. Obviously I can’t wear it and when I sent a request for a return, I was told it’s too much to pay shipping and I should keep it or give it to someone. Nobody can wear it. It’s unwearable. So very frustrating and I would NOT recommend. I’m now out almost $50.
If I had a choice not to give a star, I would have selected that. I ordered clothes Feb 22, 2024 and I'm still waiting for them to arrive. Before the items were shipped I tried to cancel but because they didn't respond timely to my email, they had shipped it the day they responded. I hope the clothes are worth the wait. Do not order from here if you need something to arrive in a timely manner. They advertise fast shipping but it's a lie.
I would not even give this company a one star. I ordered items and paid for expedited shipping and not only did I not get it even close to when it was supposed to be delivered, the dress was damaged…awful quality! I even tried canceling the order when I realized how late I would receive it all and they lied about when it would be mailed. The cost to return it all is too expensive so not worth it and now I’m stuck with these poor quality clothes never to be worn.
Horrible customer service. Placed an order and received part of my order after three months and trying to cancel the order. I then tried to return the item since it did not find. The only way to return is to email customer service first, which then then took two more months to return email and then told me it was not worth returning the item because I would have to pay shipping and restocking. Then said just keep and give to a friend that would like them.
Will never buy from again and don’t recommend
