MXwraps

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're sorry to hear that you feel this way, but several of the statements in your review do not reflect how we operate. We do not intentionally create shipping labels to avoid cancellations or prevent orders from shipping. In fact, the vast majority of our orders ship in under a week, with longer lead times only applying to certain backordered or pre-order items, which are clearly disclosed on the product page before purchase. We take customer service seriously and work hard to resolve issues whenever they arise. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to identify your order based on the information provided. We've sent you a request through Trustpilot asking for your order details so we can review exactly what happened and work toward a resolution. We would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to investigate your experience and make things right if there was an issue with your order.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're sorry to hear you feel this way. We've already reached out to you directly to better understand your concerns and would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to discuss them. Some of the statements in your review about our business, suppliers, and products do not reflect how we operate, and we'd like the chance to clarify any misunderstandings. We work with a variety of manufacturers and clearly identify products and compatibility on our website. If there was a specific issue with your order, we're committed to resolving it. Please respond to our message so we can work toward a fair resolution.

Thank you for updating your rating—we truly appreciate you taking the time to do that. We're glad we were able to respond and work toward resolving the situation. We do want to mention that parts of the written review still describe the issue as unresolved, even though we've been actively communicating and working through it. If you feel the final resolution has improved your experience, we'd be grateful if you could also update the written portion of your review so it accurately reflects the outcome. Thank you again for giving us the opportunity to make things right and for supporting our small business.

Hi Scott, we're glad we can make this right, and we hope you enjoy the extra grip donuts and keychains we threw in for you.
