Dear Bruno, we apologies for the experience informed. However, as previously explained, we are unable to process a refund in this case. A driver had already been assigned and the service was scheduled based on the information provided in your reservation. In adittion the amendment request was informed when the booking already took place wich was not possible to reschedule.
