Easy and cheap!

Very easy to book a taxi for transfer between the airport and hotel! The prices were also lower than on the Uber or Bolt app.

We paid for a private transfer but…

We paid for a private transfer but we're made to share a minibus to our accommodation - no at all happy. Would have complained but I accidentally left my phone in the minibus and eventually the driver answered it and brought it back to me. How can I complain now?

Do not book through this company i have filed 3 complaint emails and had zero response, i booked a return transfer on the pick up the driver left us waiting for 40 mins and then dropped us a 30 min walk away with 7 cases and 5 very grumpy and tried kids on the way back we had to find alternative transfer costing us double as the company wouldn’t confirm pick up address or even confirm timings for pick up, with the issues on the way out and a flight to catch we could not risk another late pick up. complained and requested a full refund for return as we had to sort somthing else and they will not reply to emails! not with the risk of your travelling with children. Book elsewhere

Great Service

I booked through Ryanair transfers online, it took minutes and was a good price in comparison to others I had looked at. We had a return transfer from Verona Villafranca airport to Castel D’Azzano in Italy and both there and back were amazing. The drivers were friendly and polite, the vehicles in excellent condition and the process smooth. Both Stefano on our arrival and Volodymyr on our return were amazing.

Incorrect and broken car seats used

For both my transfers an inappropriate car seat was used. I tried to submit a complaint but no one got back to me

Driver on time ar the airport. Big and clean van. Zhivomir speaking english and acting as a guide was amazing. My first contact with Bulgaria was just perfect Bravo 👍

Absolutely diabolical service

Absolutely diabolical service. Book through Ryanair partner website for a minibus airport return. Booked and paid for an 11 seater with 2 children seats. An 8 seater arrived with no child seats. We had to pay €194 for an additional taxi to bring our group to the venue. Spent our whole week being sent between Ryanair, Car Trawler and My Transfer about whose fault it was. Still no proper answer and am still fighting for my refund. I’ve been told to ring phone numbers that were incorrect/emergency only. Told to what’s app another number, then told to do an online chat through a link to lodge my complaint/ get a refund. An absolute shambles of a system, and pure and utter confusion for customers about who to contact if there an issue. Will never use again.

It was so great to have someone meet us at the airport with big happy smile and air conditioned car! Our trip was a 2.5 hour long drive and it was very pleasant. Worth every penny to us!
