Do not use this company. It’s an absolute scam! I never received the products and now they are trying to get me to pay for return postage for foods I didn’t receive!! And still they are quail g with me. Shame on this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! SCAM all the way!

Ok here is my take. I was originally given a way to track the shipment. And I did. Finally when it was here in the states and near me I received info that it would be delivered on June 19th. So I waited...and waited. No package.Then on June 18th I was informed that it had been delivered on June 15th! I said it absolutely had not to customer service who proceeded to tell me it had been delivered by USPS to my mailbox. I explained that it could not have fit and USPS always would then deliver it to my front door. Still no product. Still was told it was delivered- WRONG! So yesterday on June 22nd there it was at my front door. Have not tried it yet.

Actually the product is great. I want pleasantly surprised how nicely it brought wood back to life. I will be ordering more.
After weeks of waiting for order to arrive I only received the skewers and they look nothing like the ones in the picture. I didn’t receive the three racks that they hang on. I would like a refund.
