Do not use this company. It’s an absolute scam! I never received the products and now they are trying to get me to pay for return postage for foods I didn’t receive!! And still they are quail g with me. Shame on this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! SCAM all the way!
Cute little bottle but thought it had vodka in it
Product works well. Delivery was slow.
Ok here is my take. I was originally given a way to track the shipment. And I did. Finally when it was here in the states and near me I received info that it would be delivered on June 19th. So I waited...and waited. No package. Then on June 18th I was informed that it had been delivered on June 15th! I said it absolutely had not to customer service who proceeded to tell me it had been delivered by USPS to my mailbox. I explained that it could not have fit and USPS always would then deliver it to my front door. Still no product. Still was told it was delivered- WRONG! So yesterday on June 22nd there it was at my front door. Have not tried it yet.
Great ordering process. I was kept up to date on all of the shipping process
Actually the product is great. I want pleasantly surprised how nicely it brought wood back to life. I will be ordering more.
After weeks of waiting for order to arrive I only received the skewers and they look nothing like the ones in the picture. I didn’t receive the three racks that they hang on. I would like a refund.
