Email Harvesters and Spammers

I have given them one star because it was necessary to write a review. This company has started spamming me, and they expect me to unsubscribe if I don't want to receive their emails. I am not going to unsubscribe from something I didn’t subscribe to – I am going to force them to undo their dirty work. I have never had any dealings with this company nor ever visited their webpage, so they must have harvested my email address from somewhere or paid someone for an email address list. Any company that will unscrupulously harvest emails and spam should not be dealt with.

Bought an item, not delivered, my email not recognized, no contact It's foking bulshit - stay away!!!!!!

Money has been taken from my bank…

$282.00 US Money has been taken from my bank account for an order that I placed with New Frog online. New Frog is stating that they are still waiting for my payment. I have contacted my bank for a fraud detection dispute. If I look up my New Frog order it shows only 2 items that I ordered out of the 5 items and it shows that no payment has been received by them. First of all 5 items have been paid for in full and secondly, these 2 items total 30$ and they claim that I still owe $282 for these 2 items.(* These 2 items have been paid for along with the other items yet the other 3 items have Completely Disappeared from my order). NewFrog claims that they still have received no payment. Do not use this site. When I contacted them to discuss my concerns I was hung up on. I am Very disappointed since these were to be grandkids Christmas gifts. UPDATE: I am adding to my review. I finally received a response from NewFrog requesting copies of my credit card and photo ID. I emailed these copies with much of the information covered up so they would be unable to copy it. I never did receive my ordered items, however, my bank was able to cancel the transaction due to possible fraudulence by this company. Be careful people! Another update.. New frog responded below and this is false information. My bank was able to have my money returned. They definitely had my money for almost 2 weeks.

Dishonest thieves

I have never had such bad customer service with the company. I did not receive my order and they refused to refund the money. They keep asking me to wait longer for the order to arrive. First saying it takes 25 to 35 days for the order to be delived, now saying 25 to 50 day. They changed the time after I asked for a refund and told then it had been 41 days. Do not order from them.

Great site for diamond painting and the price it is very good

Absolute garbage diamond kit... after making them both I had to throw in garbage.... you couldn’t even tell what the picture was. I wouldn’t ever buy again from them....when I sent them pictures they replied what do you expect for those low cost prices.... I tried to email as there response below and that is not a valid email address

Counterfeit Items abound on this site.

I purchased a Air Quality Detector

I purchased a Air Quality Detector, which the battery does not hold a charge. It has done this since it arrived. They refuse to repair or replace, instead want me to send a video of device not holding a charge. Do not buy from this company.

I've been waiting for over two months…

I've been waiting for over two months for my item and it is a no show. They provided me with a tracking number that was only valid for the item while it was overseas. No tracking once the item supposedly entered the United States. They keep telling me to "wait a few more days". Then its "Can you please wait a few more weeks". Then when I demanded a full refund they offered me a 10% refund. What a bunch of filthy scammers.

I am so enjoying all my 5D art

I am so enjoying all my 5D art. So relaxing and such a joy to be at peace. I get so many compliments. I have bought a lot so far, but am in the process of buying Christmas cards and Christmas pictures for each of my adult children. I also have pictures for my grandchildren. As the weather gets worse and I stay in the house more, I intend to make Christmas presents for each of my kids and a few friends. So looking forward to seeing so many completed. I have even order some and mailed them to a friend in Mexico as she can't order them. If you have never tried one, you need to. We have so much stress in our lives and I know that your stress will go down and you will enjoy making them!
