I know there has been a lot of bad reviews for newfrog but I have to give them 5 stars. The delivery only took 11 days and when my order came it was in good condition also I could track my order everyday. Brilliant thankyou.

Don't do it!!!!
The item I ordered in April 2019 did not turn up. I contacted the company a number of times.their standard response was check the tracking number. I did this, right up until the day the tracking number disappeared. When I contacted them about this they said I have to get a certificate from auspost saying the item was not delivered. However because there is now not a tracking number in the system, auspost can't supply that and new frog attitude is no certificate, no refund or replacement. Poor service would never buy anything from them again.
EMPTY BOX SENT NO ITEM ORDER IN IT
They have an issue with their dispatch area where I believe someone is stealing their products. Heres the issue they don't communicate to the buyer to let them know they have received your order and is processing it or event sending it. 1) Contacted Newfrog via messenger 5 days after the order on 20 May to ask if they received it. 2) They advised it was posted and then I received it 3 days later 28 May. 3) When I received my order I purchased 3 items and they sent 3rd item but it was an EMPTY BOX with NO ORDER. 4) 28 May: I advised New Frog I received an EMPTY BOX. At which I got the we will get back to you. The kept saying so you received the item or not. They couldn't get their head right that they had SENT AN EMPTY BOX. 5) Same day I raised the dispute with PAYPAL 6) which they responded quite quickly we have sent your product please close the dispute. I'm glad i didn't 7) 9 June: Stil no order, It took them 10 days to respond so at that time I escalated the dispute further with PAYPAL. 6) 10 June: The advised they would refund 7) 20 June: NO REFUND: I sent a message that they had not and they said messaged me back with this response: " HELLO LEE, It's break time right now, we'll get back to you as soon as possible!". 8) 2 issues with this company: a) This company needs to learn to honour what they advise. I have a written email stating they would refund and they have not. I have all the messenger responses as a record of history I have the PayPal responses as history. b) The other issue is how you deal with it. This company takes days to respond by days 10 days or more. 9) Heres how this company needs to improve: 1) automated buyer order response advising order received and processing orders 2) advise email when items are sent and how sent. 3) Once a dispute is in request deal with it within 72HOURS I purchase all sorts of products from China regularly. This is the first BAD BAD CHINESE COMPANY I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS IN MY HISTORY OF ONLINE CHINA PURCHASES. THE REVIEWS ARE CORRECT FOR THIS COMPANY THEY ARE BAD SO DO NOT PURCHASE. Since this, I have received 4 items from China from Ali Express and DHGate. NO WHO TO PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY IS A RISK

Do not buy anything from this company i bought security cameras from them and they did not work i got in touch with newfrog and they sent me details on how to return the items for a refund i did that and also paid for shipping costs which newfrog said they would reimburse. I have yet to recieve my refund nor is newfrog returning any of my emails i got in touch with paypal and they told me that they cant do anything about it because it has exceeded their time limit in future if you have any suspicions about a product merchant deal directly with paypal that way you wont get caught out like i did
Total scam
I bought i phone on newfrog 9 month ago. Unfortunately the phone broke after 2 month from a malfunction from the battery. Since then i'm emailing them. They made me pay 40€ more for a check up that said exactly what i told them, 26€ more because they wanted me to send them the phone back. BUT. Since I've send the phone, almost no respond. They act like they never received the phone, but the package tracking said that they have received it since months. They ask me to resend the item. What a joke ! This compagny is a scam. please don't buy from them.
Trojan malware
I've been ordering for many years and everything always arrived, sometimes slow but coming from China I expect that. Some items such as head lights have worked but a few of them have repeatedly drained batteries when switched off (faulty). Most lights have been bright and cheaper than other suppliers. Other items have worked as described but I never expected any after sales service. Recently, I bought a 32GB memory card and was supplied but the card was found upon first use to be infected with Malware, win32.Virtob.Gen.12 which is a back door Trojan, happily my security software found and deleted it but unless your PC is in tip top condition and has excellent security don't purchase these.

the worst company EVER, paid for an item with tracking as extra charge, fake tracking info, never turned up. had to claim with paypal, do not trust this company at all, as you can see from other reviews. save yourself the hassle of waiting 3 months for a refund
Won't recommend
Purchase + 1 question = 5 weeks of delivery instead of 5 days. After a few times of use, the product (smartwatch) stoped working. On simple question is there any warranty/repair service got all kind of requests, like to send pictures of the smartwatch, after pictures - video became necessary. In the end no answer, no repair, no services.
I got a faulty camera but customer service was good
The camera was a camcorder it was plastic, faulty and glitched a lot, it works but freezers when I zoom in and out and does not have good graphics. So I asked for a refund on the first day I got it, they responded once a day over 5 day period but got my answer and I wanted a full refund so they gave me my money back and got to keep that camera : ) This is why I gave it a 3/5 star rating.
Poor customer service and beware returns
On two occasions I have bought from them an item has been faulty. First time it was only a few pounds and return postage would have been more than the item but I emailed them with no reply. The second Item was more money and went through PayPal who supplied me with a return address which I printed out. Cost a lot to royal mail track and delivery but the address they sent was incorrect so I am not only out of pocket for the product but also the return postage and PayPal have closed the claim.

Sold me a defective android car stereo, FM radio not getting signal. I asked to return item and refund. They told me that no need to return and just refund me 30% of the item price. I refused, and told me that they will just send me another item. It has been 6 months now, no replacement received. Their standard response when i follow up. New message from: shoppingnewfrog (219,998RedShooting Star) "Dear customer sorry,please give us time to check it for you . have a nice day " I loss more than $100.

I placed a $44 order and was content to wait for Newfrog's usual long delivery time. It did not show up after 8 weeks or so. I did an order track and it was shown to be in the mail system somewhere. I waited another three weeks and finally wrote to Newfrog customer service. After waiting another three weeks they failed to even write back to me about my lost order. Very poor customer service. I had been a customer for a few years and thought that might value a return customer. Evidently I was mistaken. I will share my bad experience with all my associates at work. Newfrog's attitude of "Sucks to be you" just doesn't cut it. Richard Stahl

If I could rate this website a 0 I definitely would. I’ve been waiting for an order since the month of November of last year. They seem to always make up excuses in why my package has not arrived. Do NOT purchase from this company. A complete SCAM.
