Absolute joke and scam! There service and email responses are appalling and provide no information. They actually asked if I would like to wait longer. They cannot provide tracking information or any information on your package just excuses. They avoid refunding you by saying it’s almost there when there is no information on the tracking sites, the package has probably never been shipped. Definitely a scam company, do not buy from here!!!!
Stay away. No delivery after payment. Ordered watch straps on 4th Dec 2018. They kept on making excuses for not delivering and then stopped communicating. Fraud. Dishonest.

I have order from Newfrog on the 4th Dec 2018, they immediately took the payment. On the 6 Dec 2018 they deducted money for the clearance. After I have received a FAKE product which they promised to refund, Newfrog instead deducted money again on the 29 Jan 2019. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM NEWFROG THEY ARE A SCAM. I have launched a youtube video named " Scruff a luvs Newfrog fake awareness" of the fake product. PLEASE MAKE PEOPLE AWARE.
The item I ordered in September 2018 still hasn't been delivered by now (January 2019). Track & trace shows the package being stuck somewhere in the airport of destination, but I haven't received any requests for follow up actions on my part... only radio silence. When I contacted customer service, they required me to provide a 'proof of non-delivery' instead of working things out with the delivery service directly and refunding me my money. I doubt I'll get this proof from the local post office, because as far as I can see in the tracking information, this package never reached them. I wouldn't recommend ordering anything from Newfrog unless you just want to get rid of some money you have lying around.
Hi, I ordered 3 baby nursing covers from new frog on 18 December 2018. When i sent an email requesting which date it"ll be received as I saw a notification that its been shipped out. I received a reply regarding the nursing covers features etc. When i emailed to say that i know the features of it and reinterated what i was enquiring then i received a responds saying that delivery will be between 15-35 days. So I waited 35 days, which I was suppose to receive it on between 23 or 24 or 25th January 2019 but I didnt. I then emailed new frog asking when will I receive my order because its 35 days and past days. They sent me a response saying that they cant track the order but it has arrived in the delivery country and that delivery takes 25 - 35 days and that I should allow a furthermore few days for delivery. I actually feel that NEW FROG is a fraud and their info response is rubbish because every company that does shipping, can track the necessary orders, yet they saying they cant. All these pathetic stories after they"ve received payment and there"s no other way one can take this matter further or even call to enquire.
Scammers, I bought two iPads from them that took ages to arrive. Too bad the iPads are not functioning I contacted them about it and they said I should seek a local repairer to fix the problem. I told them I need to return the items and won’t go through the stress of looking for how to fix the defective items they sold to me. They responded I should make a video of the item not working and send it to them. I made a video and send to them and they said I should download the video on YouTube and send them the link, hell no i said to them I have to go through this extra stress to get items I bought with my money? I requested for a refund and they never respond to my emails again till this moment. New frog.com is a fraudulent online site don’t buy anything from them except you don’t mind losing your money.
I bought a few items & was pleased even with slow service. Shipments were coming from China. Then the last two orders never came. The first one was suppose to have been reshipped. I gave up on the second one early. Not worth the stress of dealing with company that lies. If something goes wrong you are screwed. I don't know where the shipping break down happens, you are better off buying China stuff from Wall Mart, let the experts deal with each other.
Too bad you can't leave 0 stars! These guys suck, period! We ordered a graphics card that was advertised as 4 GB. We got it, installed it into our gaming computer and it is 2 GB!!! We sent an email asking what the return policy is and no response (we actually sent several emails). If you are looking for legit products, spend the extra money and buy from legitimate retailers. We never received a response at all so we are basically out the money! NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE NEW FROG, IT IS NOT WORTH SAVING A COUPLE BUCKS TO GET A PRODUCT THAT DOES NOT LIVE UP TO ITS BILLING.
Ordered from newfrog 19 Nov a new phone still not arrived several emails later still nothing sorted, they have stopped responding to my emails now.Very bad customer service left hand does not now what the right hand is doing

THE WORST SERVICE AND PRODUCTS EVER I THINK MOST REFURBISHED AND OR SENT BACK from other sites and the customer service it THE WORST ON THE PLANET THEY WONT REFUND FOR BROKEN PRODUCTS they ship out to canada in a plastic envelope from china for over a month shipping and it isnt working the faceplate off it yea waterproof alright send 6 emails they kept using different names i am sure one customer service is one same person can tell by the verbiage and keeps asking for more and more photos of it sent 54 to date and still no refund. They need to be out of business most the products misrepresented as well then they tell you you need extra things to buy for it to work and send the wrong information o of the ones neede bad bad bad ...ebay way cheaper they fixed their customer service you wait longer for shipping not much longer and the products mostly new and cheaper by a long shot. no more newfrog it croaked for me is the pitts dont bother
Started receiving emails from them when inadvertantly ordered something ( Price was too good to true)from another company Lovebirdsweddings.co.uk quickly realised that they were skimming my card details, so stopped them. Good reviews here are fake....don't shop with these....trust pilot can you review this site????
Disappointing after sale service: S60 lite phone- rugged and waterproof,and cheap- (£127) but the sound failed completely- except via the headphones. After sales service- polite, but ineffective over 3 months-despite 3 months worth of emails, no solution to problem except at my own risk sending it for repairs and on returning the phone it was 'lost' and now I am offered 10% refund as a last resort! Simply refunding the phone promptly would be the expected solution. As they have proof of my purchase and of posting.

FAKE FRAUDULENT PRODUCTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would like to make people aware that Newfrog are selling fake products. I have ordered a product which are wraped in the original manufacturer box, but the product inside is fake. And then Newfrog got the cheek to denies that they are selling fakes. I have contacted the original manufacturer that confirms that my product is fake and I have proof. Please do not support Newfrog as they do not respect, honor and value the seller as by selling fake goods.
I have dealt with Newfrog before but their delivery is slow. However this time I ordered items on the 17th November and so far nothing. When I look at their tracking page all it says is pending. I think now in future I will order elsewhere.
Well I ordered a product from there still haven't received don't know who I can talk to about but I blame myself for not doing a background check on who I was ordering from but I can't say I would recommend them to anyone else.
