I asked for a SJ8CAM PRO model, they send me the SJ8PLUS model (worse one...) Still waiting asolution. Fast delivery was a mess, arrived 10 days late because they dont send on time (I know now why...), late, aduanes... Hope a solution or just wait my disconformity.

Ordered a charger for a GPS watch. It's obiously lost in the post. It arrived in the UK 27 days ago so there is zero chance it will get to me. They have no idea where it is! I still have to wait another 9 days for the next step. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Today is 09/26/208, more then 40 days since we placed the order and we still did not receive ir ??!!! When we checked the status of delivery it confused info. saying "Delivered" ?!
