Mainly GREAT!

Made numerous purchases from the site, living in Canada, some orders delivered within a week, some took months. Product quality mainly good, some flows occasionally. I would recommend this company for business and will be purchasing from them in the future, myself.

They are con artists, and thieves selling proven fake items. Other reviews are fakes as well.

Do not use them, my order didn't arrive and customer service is apouling

I have placed an order on 9th June. Part of the order has arrived post a month, the other part which is the more expensive part of the order (watch) still hasn't been delivered. The customer service folks have been absolutely useless, I have exchange emails with Yogi, Russel and Ryan. Over 3 months post me paying for the order my watch still didn't turn up nor I can get a final answer when it will be. I am being constantly told that it will be shipped or that it has been shipped, but the order hasn't arrived. I live in closed apartment building so when the package arrives even if it would be left by the door it doesn't disappear, as its just 6 flats and we all know each other! Very disappointing.

I bought them goods three months ago and did not send them to me and every time they say wait another week to arrive and we will find you a solution to your problem, keep my money and do not send me any purposes or go back to the money I warn you do not deal with this site have no law protects the buyer is based on taking money and not I send the goods and they linger in their messages so that you feel bored. I hope that I have never dealt with them

Some order items not sent or even noted as not being shipped for over 2 months, you should be able to raise an issue from the order page, a bullet button next to the item in question.I had to use contact us and still no response about an item that still has not been shipped over 2 months ago.
