Please don't waste your money on…

Please don't waste your money on newfrog.com. Purchased 3 products from them and none work. The latest was a tablet and it's useless cannot connect to internet. It would cost me $125 to have it fixed. Buy from amazon and buy local companies from US and Canada at least if there is a problem they are easily reached

No delivery of item purchased

I ordered a smart watch from newfrog three months ago and never received it! I contacted the post office with a tracking number and they said it wasn't even in their tracking system! I requested a refund or credit but have not heard back from them about it.

Dear Newfrog customer service. On August second I purchase from your site online two items. Both I received last week. One is working fine the other one is crap. That is Socket Wall AC Power Outlet Voltage Detector Sensor Tester 90-1000V. At the first time open to put the battery the clip break now the battery cover doesn't close. And the battery is too hardly fit both battery. It seams like will break sooner. Totally I am not satisfy with my purchase.

A fine site

A fine site, similar to other websites that sell products from east asia. Ordered two seperate products so far, both low price and arrived within the time that the website suggested. The reason that I did not give a 5 star review is because the tracking on the products was very poor, but most websites of this nature have poor item tracking.

Fake Company, Making Fake Items

Company makes and sells fraudulent items, not just look alike that might function like the real thing. These are items painted over to be something they are not. Use a Credit card you can reverse charges on as this is not a legitimate company. They are creating and selling fake items, some that can cause injury and property damage. The minute I got authorities involved to get a refund they vanished. I got my refund and the company is now in hiding, no doubt they will return soon and sell more fakes. DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OF THESE FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS, THIS COMPANY IS SELLING FAKES, AND COMMITTING FRAUD !!!! EDIT: The reply below shows clear the cover up, they do not even deny they are producing fraudulent product, they simply apologies for my experience ? You mean the one where you made a fake product and tried to pass it off as a real one ? Maybe you could address that ?

Said two days shipping when I went to buy it then it turned into waiting up to 35 weeks. If you got time to waste waiting to buy from them, then ok. But this is abate and switch. They ship from China. I am less likely to buy from China. #AmericaFirst #MAGA
