In your initial order, one item was unfortunately out of stock and could not be shipped. We immediately offered to send a replacement, but you chose to receive a gift card instead. A gift card for the full value of $55 was issued and successfully applied to your next order at checkout. There was no duplicate charge or fraud initiated by Nominal. The payment processed reflects the balance remaining after the gift card was applied. We take situations like this very seriously and would never intentionally charge a customer incorrectly.
