Really heartbroken and disappointed. I know personally theyve given influencers and social media people bags and bags of jewelry, and replaced parts of their necklaces/pieces when missing, but was just told they wouldnt do the same for me., for a singular dog tag. Heartbreaking, as i really love their stuff, and work as a teacher so I have to save up every few months to buy pieces. My dog tag was like my armor, and sadly the actual tag somehow disappeared, and I even asked to buy the singular tag at a discounted price. Customer service just gave me a coupon, but its the exact same rate as the ones I have, because I shop here so often, so the store literally gives you codes if you spend a certain amount. Really sad, it meant a lot to me, and helped me with my faith, and to be insulted with the same coupon i have because i already spent so much in the past was hurtful.

The code we offered was genuinely just a small courtesy on our end, since unfortunately our inventory and policies don't allow us to sell individual tags separately or offer reduced pricing on them. When it comes to sales, we don't have ongoing discounts, but our biggest sales happen during Eid and Black Friday. 10/10 experience! None of the items I own have tarnished so far and I wore a necklace nonstop for over a year (did not even take it off when showering). When I did have an issue with an item breaking, customer service was prompt and extremely helpful. Highly recommend purchasing from Nominal and will continue to do so myself!

First time customer and I am highly impressed with my experience, start to finish! Firstly the jewelry is truly stunning, high quality, well made, scratch, wear and water resistant.
My order arrived beautifully and carefully packaged. They even included stickers along with a ring size measure band, so thoughtful! The lifetime warranty speaks for itself and they also provide top notch service.
I ordered 7 items; a variety of bracelets, necklaces and one ring. The ring was a herringbone pattern, and arrived a bit misshapen. I emailed their customer service and within the hour representative Nabil replied with solutions. I simply sent in 2 pics (that barely captured the issue visually), but he immediately rectified the situation by extending a full current value amount of the ring via a gift card. I had purchased during their Eid sale so they gave me back more money for the ring than I even spent - WHAT!?! Nabil was professional, kind, apologetic, and punctual while quickly resolving my small issue. This was all completed within the same day and took less than six hours to resolve, wow.
Outside of everything listed above, the most important reason why I will be a customer for life is because of everything they stand for and represent. Nominal proudly recognizes how necessary it is to give back to innocent people suffering all around the world. Brits beware: track your order on Royal Mail! Check addresses
UK customers beware - whoever is in charge of sending orders out doesn't understand UK addresses and postcodes. I placed an order on the 24th of May, and I got an email saying the order was "delivered" on the 2nd of June. I looked everywhere for my order - no sign of it. I sent them an email, and long story short, they said to wait 5 days - waited 5 days, no sign of my order. I sent a follow-up email to chase, and one of the suggestions was that I open a P.O. Box, which, as us Brits know, P.O Box isn't standard operating procedure here. I did a quick check, and Royal Mail quoted a 7-day wait and £50.40 for a P.O. Box - I wasn't about to go through that for one order! There are probably other options for getting a P.O. Box, but retailers from all over the world manage to get things to my door so paying £50 didn't seem worth it. Initially they said they were going to send me a replacement as a "one-time courtesy" - like I'm out here hoarding stolen bangles. I'd understand this if I was repeat offender, but this was my first time ordering from them. I got the tracking number and checked the Passport Global and Royal Mail website - the item was at the "Southgate Delivery Office" - which is in North London and not in my delivery area at all - clearly something had gone wrong with the address label. After some back-and-forth, they agreed to send me a replacement. I kept my eye on the tracking. And on the Friday 19th of June, the replacement was "delivered" - I checked the tracking and saw, once again, it was at the Southgate Delivery Office, so they had effed up again. I was on a work trip all weekend, but first thing Monday 22nd June (note this is now a month-long saga, we started on the 24th of May), I called Royal Mail spoke to a lovely man, gave him the tracking info and he said he can't tell me where my order was delivered to, but he can tell me the address was wrong and incorrect. But here's the thing: in the order confirmation email, my address is correct, so there's a disconnect in their system that they aren't looking into. Instead, they want the customer to adjust to them. I sent a final email updating them, but they are insisting they sent it to the right address; like, why would Royal Mail customer service lie to me? When I enter my postcode into Royal Mail tracking, it tells me the postcode is incorrect. Anyway, I've accepted that my bangles are not coming to me - which is a shame because I have been after that style for a while! I'll just have to keep looking anywhere else.
ETA: I wish I had read reviews; I can see other Brits (GB) having problems with delivery.
ETA 2: The feedback here says there was a 3rd attempt to send the package; there were only 2 attempts, so they have mixed me up with someone else.

I had such a great experience most recently in my interaction with the support team. I’m a frequent customer over the years as the quality of the goods are always great and I’m always happy with my purchases. My first ever situation came about where an item I purchased had a slight wear/tear on the outermost raised edges (I use this daily so it was natural friction that may have worn out a potion of this, completely understandable). I recalled the warranty being excellent from my friends past experiences, and decided I’d try to see what my options would be before I jumped to look for a new item. I was assisted my Mohamed Morsy who responded to my inquiry within the same hour- EXCEPTIONAL. The most stress-free and guilt-free process and I couldn’t be happier. I provided the exact information requested and didn’t have to go back and forth to explain further than I initially did. I was not just allowed to utilize my warranty but had been reimbursed the original value of the item regardless of what I actually paid with any discounts. Mohamed’s professionalism and ease in communication really set the bar to me for all interactions, and really highlights the great nature of this company as they do indeed stand by their word and quality. This company is AMAZING! The jewelry is well made and beautiful. I wear my pieces daily and I shower with them on and a year later they still look new. Communication is fantastic. Bought several pieces approximately a year apart and they have been great quality. When an issue arose with one of my ordered items, customer service was very responsive and quick to resolve the issue.
