Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.Ibrahim, one of the owners, helped me perfectly design my custom name necklace. I was very flustered and overwhelmed and he made the process so smooth and helped managed each detail. The necklace came and it was exactly what I wanted, I love wearing it, and its the perfect length with the recommended extender to layer. It is both dainty and strong/high quality. I love the experience and I love my custom piece!
I’ve ordered from them like four times w multiple items; I love the width of their cuffs and their customer service is so great very responsive!

Amazon customer service I had lost my necklas they went out of their way to replace it and make it better. Such good customer service and product quality is out standing.
I could not be more pleased with Zudo. Shipping time was incredibly fast, and communication was excellent. Unfortunately, the shipping company lost my item but when I communicated my concerns, Zudo’s customer service team addressed the issue quickly and professionally, and got a replacement sent out immediately. I just received it and I’m very happy with the product. I will definitely do business with Zudo again, most likely in the very near future.

I’m honestly so impressed with Zudo Jewelry. The quality is beautiful, the pieces look even better in person, and everything feels so elegant and well-made. I love how their jewelry is simple enough for everyday wear but still stands out and feels special. The packaging was also gorgeous and made the whole experience feel luxurious. I’ve worn my pieces nonstop and they still look amazing. Definitely one of my favorite jewelry brands right now — highly recommend to anyone looking for stylish, timeless jewelry

I had ordered 2 personalised crystal chain Arabic name necklaces. I've been looking for. Awhile and I found Zudo giving the best price. It was a long wait for my order to come through but unfortunately the name was fixed the other way around 😔. I was really gutted as I was eagerly waiting for the necklaces. To be fair when I contacted Zudo about my order problem they immediately agreed to send another 2 necklaces plus a thankyou gift of my choice. Which was very kind of them. The necklaces came in double quick time. Perfectly made and better than my expectations. Very very happy with my order. Thankyou Zudo 😊
Thanks for the support, we apologize for the inconvenience and hope we made it up to you!
