10/10 experience! None of the items I own have tarnished so far and I wore a necklace nonstop for over a year (did not even take it off when showering). When I did have an issue with an item breaking, customer service was prompt and extremely helpful. Highly recommend purchasing from Nominal and will continue to do so myself!
