I had such a great experience most recently in my interaction with the support team. I’m a frequent customer over the years as the quality of the goods are always great and I’m always happy with my purchases. My first ever situation came about where an item I purchased had a slight wear/tear on the outermost raised edges (I use this daily so it was natural friction that may have worn out a potion of this, completely understandable). I recalled the warranty being excellent from my friends past experiences, and decided I’d try to see what my options would be before I jumped to look for a new item. I was assisted my Mohamed Morsy who responded to my inquiry within the same hour- EXCEPTIONAL. The most stress-free and guilt-free process and I couldn’t be happier. I provided the exact information requested and didn’t have to go back and forth to explain further than I initially did. I was not just allowed to utilize my warranty but had been reimbursed the original value of the item regardless of what I actually paid with any discounts. Mohamed’s professionalism and ease in communication really set the bar to me for all interactions, and really highlights the great nature of this company as they do indeed stand by their word and quality.
