Nominal has the best quality I've seen in a very long time! We have girls and they love to shop, and Nominal has had the best lasting quality after wearing them out and about! We always get great compliments and questions about where and what their pieces are!
Their customer service is also very friendly and easy when necessary if at all!
A dependable shop and beautifully made pieces of art all around! Something for everyone in the family for all occasions!
Best Wishes to Nominal always!

I’ve ordered about five pieces from Nominal so far, and I’ve genuinely loved every purchase. Their jewelry is beautiful, high quality, and the prices are honestly hard to beat for pieces that are made to last and don’t tarnish.
I did run into a small issue with part of my most recent order, but their customer service was amazing. They responded quickly, were incredibly kind, and resolved everything right away without any hassle. It was one of those situations that can happen from time to time with any company, but the way Nominal handled it left me even more impressed than before.
It’s rare to find a brand that offers great quality, affordable prices, and customer service that truly cares. On top of that, knowing that every order helps support Palestine makes me feel even better about purchasing from them. I’ll definitely continue supporting Nominal and recommending them to others. 5 stars.

I was gifted some earrings and one of the clasps stopped working. I reached out to Nominal's customer service and they promptly resolved the matter (literally within minutes) and provided a refund to my complete satisfaction. I was able to use my credit for another purchase. Very pleased.

I had a slight technical error with my order and as i had contacted support about my issues, instead of pointing fingers, blaming or doing anything that would advance the problem, they were kind, respectful and understanding. 10/10 support, i will say only steam support and nominal support done me right so far. May Allah bless them :).

I just received my Nominal jewelry! I absolutely love them! The quality is amazing! I purchased two bracelets and some earrings. The earrings fit perfectly. They’re just what I needed. The bracelets complete the look I was going for. Their costumer service is impeccable. Mohamed was extremely helpful and answered my email right away! I will most definitely continue buying my jewelry from Nominal!

I recently bought the Huggies earrings and I had an issue with them staying closed.
I reached out to customer service and was immediately responded to with apologies and a resolution. Not only did they issue me a gift card in the full amount, but I bought them on discount and they issued me the gift card in the amount of the regular price.
They were extremely kind, understanding, no beating around the bush, straight to the resolution.
I thoroughly appreciated that and have since bought from them again and will continue to.
Well done. And thank you.
