There's no information on the website about eid cut off dates - otherwise I wouldn't have ordered. I ordered 2 weeks ago, it's Eid and I still haven't got my order. Delivery shouldn't take that long!

I placed an order for two earrings and one of the orders (the Jasmine Crescent hoop earring) came with a very weird clasp and I struggled to take it off and it ended up broken. I emailed customer support and explained the situation and attached pictures. They responded very very quickly and were professional and understanding. They placed me a new order right away free of charge and sent it to me. Their products are very beautiful and they have unique pieces. Customer service is the best I have experienced so far, I definitely recommend their products.

The item quality is exceptional, the details are very delicate and I love the piece. The customer service is fast and reactive, I had a peculiar issue during the delivery process with the parcel being held at customs, and their team took charge of it and communicated effectively (not generic emails either, they are actual people reading and replying, not AI). Also, they really do read your suggestions. I described a piece I'd love to see in their shop, and one year later they had it designed and on sale. I bought it as soon as I discovered they made it. I saw other suggestions being taken into account and existing pieces changing design according to reviews. I will definitely continue supporting them!

I enjoyed the browsing experience and the prompt customer service ( cs rep Mohamed Hmam was exquisite in communication ) when inquiring about product availability and selection. After making two separate purchases I went all in and spent over $1000.00 for gifting for upcoming Eid isA, and was pleasantly surprised by the extras they give you with their rewards system. The pieces purchased look very good, like really good quality! Every piece is worth the cost and the meaning behind the brand is intentional and wonderful.
