Beautiful jewellery and outstanding customer service
I regularly buy jewellery from Nominal as gifts for my niece and daughter, and I’m always impressed by the quality and beauty of the pieces — they never disappoint. But what really sets Nominal apart is their customer service. On my most recent order, a pair of earrings for my niece went missing after the delivery courier (Evri) confirmed they had lost the parcel. I got in touch with Nominal to let them know what had happened and to flag how unreliable Evri had been. Without any hesitation, they offered to resend the earrings straight away — I wasn’t even expecting that. It’s rare to find a brand that combines genuinely stunning products with a customer service team that goes above and beyond. I won’t be shopping anywhere else for gifts. Highly recommend!
