High quality products and excellent customer service! I got an additional ear piercing and purchased earrings from the piercing shop that were supposedly high quality, however, my ear was constantly irritated, swelling, and not healing properly. I purchased the mini hoop set to replace the shop earrings, and my ear healed quickly after! I've been wearing them for weeks now and have had no irritation at all. Additionally, one of the earrings was missing a screw, but I reached out to customer service and they sent a new set immediately. It has been a great experience all around and I will continue to purchase their beautiful jewelry. I recently purchased the Keffiyeh Fishnet Hand Chain in 18K Gold Plated, and unfortunately one of the links broke shortly after wearing it. I really wanted to love the earrings and the necklace I ordered from this brand, but I was disappointed. The necklace caused a terrible rash to appear on my neck and the earrings seem cheaply made. I am really quite sad about this and wonder at the good reviews available online.

**Unacceptable and financially unfair refund process**
My experience with **Nominal** has been completely unacceptable.
I contacted them first regarding a return and was told they **do not provide a prepaid return label**, so I had to return the item **at my own expense internationally**, which cost me a significant amount of money. I returned the parcel to the address they provided, but they are now **refusing to process my refund** because I cannot produce the original postal receipt.
What makes this even worse is that I was also told I would **not even receive a full refund**, as they keep a **large chunk for shipping and stock-related charges** — despite the fact that I have also had to pay **extra out of my own pocket** to send the items back. So overall, even **if** they process my refund, I am still left **out of pocket through no fault of my own**.
I have offered **alternative proof**, including a **bank statement showing payment for the return** and email evidence of their own return instructions. Instead of investigating the return properly on their side, they have continued to place the burden entirely on me.
In my view, this falls far below what is expected under **basic consumer rights and fair trading standards**. A company should not make it this difficult, expensive, and stressful for a customer to obtain a refund for returned goods.
Based on my experience, I would **not trust this company to handle returns or refunds fairly**.

I ordered in January 2021 and it has been now 3 months, and I still have not recieved the order.
They keep assuring you they are looking into it and its under process.
And even after I have asked several times and multiple emails for refund they have not initiated the refund.
This is when you do not even recieve the order, let alone returns.
Perhaps you will recieve your order when you are in the same country they work in, but I would strongly advise you not to order internationally.
They do not have a clear refund policy or refund on non-delivery which is a basic setup for an online company.
I am left with no order and no refund.

Really beautiful pieces! I normally don’t write reviews but this was probably the best and quickest customer service i’ve ever received!
I had ordered the wrong size rings by accident (my fault) but after i returned the package they took over and made the whole exchange process so easy for me. I essentially had to do nothing and they replied and sent the right sizes so quickly. i also wanna mention how their emails felt so personal which was really nice, like i was talking to a person and not just copy paste responses if that makes sense. 10/10

12/10!!! I love the multi pack of gold huggy hoops that I got! This was such a perfect marketing idea, because I was able to decide which sizes I wanted to put in my ear holes, and still have extras left over! I also love the Palestinian gold, poppy hoop, earrings! They look so luxurious, they’re light in weight and they are stunning! I needed assistance with swapping out one of my Huggies, as one of them wouldn’t close and Customer Service immediately responded back to my email the same day and shipped another pair out Same day as well!
