Great experience all around
High quality products and excellent customer service! I got an additional ear piercing and purchased earrings from the piercing shop that were supposedly high quality, however, my ear was constantly irritated, swelling, and not healing properly. I purchased the mini hoop set to replace the shop earrings, and my ear healed quickly after! I've been wearing them for weeks now and have had no irritation at all. Additionally, one of the earrings was missing a screw, but I reached out to customer service and they sent a new set immediately. It has been a great experience all around and I will continue to purchase their beautiful jewelry. Most importantly, I am happy to support a company that contributes to helping families in Palestine. 🇵🇸
