WOW, WOW, WOW!!!! I have never experienced such amazingly fast customer service. I had a couple of pieces of jewelry that were discolored. I sent an email seeking replacement under the lifetime warranty and 7 minutes later I received a response along with a gift card to use (with no expiration). Thank you Nominal - you have a customer for life!
