They do not guarantee delivery or issue refund if you do not recieve your order.
No refund on non-delivery. I do not recommending ordering as you will not get refunded if you do not recieve your order. They do not have a guaranteed delivery or refund system. I ordered in January 2021 and it has been now 3 months, and I still have not recieved the order. They keep assuring you they are looking into it and its under process. And even after I have asked several times and multiple emails for refund they have not initiated the refund. This is when you do not even recieve the order, let alone returns. Perhaps you will recieve your order when you are in the same country they work in, but I would strongly advise you not to order internationally. They do not have a clear refund policy or refund on non-delivery which is a basic setup for an online company. I am left with no order and no refund.
