Amazing customer service...
I recently bought the Huggies earrings and I had an issue with them staying closed. I reached out to customer service and was immediately responded to with apologies and a resolution. Not only did they issue me a gift card in the full amount, but I bought them on discount and they issued me the gift card in the amount of the regular price. They were extremely kind, understanding, no beating around the bush, straight to the resolution. I thoroughly appreciated that and have since bought from them again and will continue to. Well done.
