Groups are formed based on both the child’s level and age, but we understand that sometimes the match may not feel ideal. You can try switching to a different group with another teacher. Sometimes a different dynamic works better. Our classes are 25 minutes long because this format keeps kids engaged and focused. However, at your current level, you can book double 50-minute lessons. If you're interested, we’ll gladly help set it up! About reminders — they’re sent via push notifications in the Novakid mobile App. Make sure the App is installed and notifications are enabled ✔️ As for the teacher from the trial lesson, unfortunately, that teacher is no longer working with us, which is why she’s unavailable for booking. If you still have concerns about the level of individual lessons or anything else, feel free to contact us through the chat in your Novakid account.
