It took longer then expected to arrived and when the item arrived its boxing condition is bad worn off

Delivery is good. But there is no customer service hotline to contact. The chat response is very slow.

Shipment can be faster, since charged. all item should verify carefully, i received a pair with some flaw, should be the shipment caused. packaging should add bubbles wrap or paper to avoid shaking/vibrate during the shipment.
