I bought a pair of Adidas sneakers and paid $361 for them. When I received them they were too small and as this was the largest size, I contacted them immediately to return it. It had never been worn and had all the tags. I was told by email that they could only refund me $191 as their policy is that "the refundable amount for returns is therefore not calculated based on the original purchase price. Instead, it is assessed according to our return policy framework after considering the non-refundable components of the completed transaction." Those is NOT STATED ANYWHERE when you buy the item so it's unacceptable that they will tell you they can only refund half the amount you paid!
DO NOT BUY if you think you might need to return or exchange as they will keep half of what you paid if you try to return.
Shipment arrived three weeks late, then when I went to return as a result of the item being the wrong size they offered me half the amount of money I paid for the shoes as a return - they assessed that they were only value half of what I had paid one month prior.
Terrible service, bad returns policy and slow shipping - buyers beware.
No flexibility on this, was told to accept it and move on

They delayed my order and when I asked to cancel they deducted cancellation fees from my end … they are just the worse…don’t bother ordering using their site cuz you would be at the losing end.

Novelship Claims 100% authenticity. They even back tracked one order because “it didn’t meet standards”. When the pair arrives, Please Don’t Remove The Tag. Maybe you’ll have a chance in returning a fake pair for 75% of the value of an original shoe. Thats the mistake I realized too late. Novelship sells very convincing looking fakes, and puts up rules so they always make a profit or not take major legal blame. (private owned company)
Note to self - never buy a discontinued sneaker that claims retail price.

Extremely Disappointing – Misleading Promises, Terrible Service & Zero Accountability!
I specifically purchased & paid extra for premium shipping because of their estimated delivery promised date as late of 22nd - 29th September. Yet, they failed to deliver & my tracking shows absolutely no progress.
Despite countless follow-ups, customer service keeps repeating the same excuses that my item is in its “final stage.” My refund request remains unresolved & all I’ve received are empty assurances & wasted time.
There are plenty of more reliable platforms out there. Do not make the same mistake I did ! Just look at the hundreds of one-star reviews & complaints from other customers. The repeated complaints & apparent lack of accountability should be a serious warning sign.
From my experience, Novelship seems more interested in dismissing complaints & avoiding refunds than taking responsibility. Their responses have felt like gaslighting rather than genuine customer support.
Save yourself the frustration, money & time. Choose literally any other reliable platform instead of Novelship. I strongly advise everyone to stay away!
Update : Since I got a reply from Novelship under my review, I can assure you they are full of bs hiding behind their so called ‘professional replies’ to cover up. Its 21st Oct & it still yet to leave their authentication factory. What a joke, their support channel makes zero effort to solve the issues. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. WASTE OF EVERYONES TIME

Bought a pair of shoes last month, took one month to arrive, no tracking provided. Reached out 3 times with no answer and finally when its arrived, its a high quality replica of the genuine shoes. How did i know? After wearing the shoes two times it started peeling and it was like brushed with artificial colours. Now i am left behind with a replica shoes and lost money. Not sure how such companies are operating to date. They should be sued and shut immediately! Save your money and buy from reputable retailers

Over a month with no resolution to a serious quality and authenticity concern
I purchased a pair of Song for the Mute x adidas Taekwondo Mei “Black White” HP3517 from Novelship, order BKGO09X9XM, for a total of AUD 303.42.
The shoes were completely unworn. However, when I was about to wear them for the first time, I immediately noticed that the insole was not properly fitted or secured and lifted away from the shoe very easily.
After inspecting the shoes more closely, I also noticed noticeable differences in the internal construction and finishing compared with two other pairs from the same Adidas range that I had purchased directly from the official Adidas website.
Because of this, I raised serious concerns with Novelship regarding both the quality and authenticity of the item.
I contacted Novelship on 21 August 2026, the same day the parcel was received, and provided detailed photos showing the condition of the shoes as well as comparison photos with my Adidas-purchased pairs.
I clearly explained that:
the shoes had never been worn;
the issue was discovered before first wear;
the insole was already loose when received;
there were noticeable construction and finishing differences compared with pairs purchased directly from Adidas; and
I wanted to return the shoes for re-inspection and a full refund.
I also requested a prepaid return label or return authorisation.
The Novelship authentication tag had already been removed before I discovered the issue, because I had no reason at that point to expect there would be a problem with the shoes. The shoes themselves remained completely unworn and in the condition received.
What is most disappointing is the lack of resolution afterwards.
It is now 7 October 2026, more than a month since I first contacted Novelship, and I am still having to chase them for an update.
For a platform that charges customers a processing fee and promotes its authentication service, I expected concerns relating to product quality and authenticity to be handled promptly and seriously.
At this stage, my issue is not only with the shoes themselves, but also with the extremely slow customer service and lack of a clear resolution.
I would like Novelship to arrange the return, re-inspect the shoes properly, and issue a refund if the item cannot be verified as being in the condition and quality that should have passed their authentication process.

Bought $500 Li Ning basketball shoes from this joke of a website, wore them 4 times and the soles came off. Doubt thier certificate of authenticity. Used Li Nings bought from the WOW website for the past 10 years never had this issue. Of course no refund because I wore them… joke… wouldn’t recommend. Don’t get scammed like me

If I could give them no starts I would. Honestly run the hell away from this company. I wish I would have check reviews before buying shoes from them. I bought some shoes paid 160$ for them and did not fit they hurt. Now they said they can take the return but I will only receive 74$ plus I have to cover the shipment cost as well. I will never order shoes from them again

Package scanned in Singapore (Linex).
It is now 6 days since it being scanned with zero movement and Novelship do not want to follow this up with Linex.
I have asked them to chase this multiple times but they will not.
Will not recommend Novelship.
When/IF my order gets delivered, I may change my rating...
But for now, their customer service is anything but a service to the customer.

I am in contact with customer service via live chat, but all they say is "thank you for your understanding" and they do nothing to chase up with the shipper.
