Zero Stars - poor service for delayed package.
4 failed orders due to an issue with their app. 09 Sept: Completed the order via the website. 14/21 Sept: Estimated delivery date. 22 Sept: Order created with Linex. 25 Sept: Package scanned in Singapore (Linex). It is now 6 days since it being scanned with zero movement and Novelship do not want to follow this up with Linex. I have asked them to chase this multiple times but they will not. Will not recommend Novelship. When/IF my order gets delivered, I may change my rating... But for now, their customer service is anything but a service to the customer. Following on from Novelship's reply. I am in contact with customer service via live chat, but all they say is "thank you for your understanding" and they do nothing to chase up with the shipper. @Novelship - Until you want to assist by chasing the shipment, the zero to one star stands.
