Refund policy is rubbish
Shipment arrived three weeks late, then when I went to return as a result of the item being the wrong size they offered me half the amount of money I paid for the shoes as a return - they assessed that they were only value half of what I had paid one month prior. Terrible service, bad returns policy and slow shipping - buyers beware. No flexibility on this, was told to accept it and move on
