Most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Customers frequently complained about delayed deliveries, extended waiting times, and orders failing to arrive on schedule. As a buyer from Singapore i am skeptical and wondering where the positive reviews are coming from. Novelship has a lengthy process steps from seller shipping out item, arrival of item for authentication,authenticion process, product in storage, delivery requested , sold from storage , delivering to you and finally item delivered.
As an actual example , an item i bought through Novelship is still pending arrival for authentication whilst a similar item bought on the same day through StockX is already en route to me.
So unless anyone is willing to wait for their heats, i would recommend to skip Novelship and find another reputable site. By the time my item arrives, Supreme would have completed their full cycle monthly drop.

Tried selling on a few platform. NovelShip is fine however upon sales acceptance of a shoe. The process for authentication and esp payment is much slower.
Hope they can improve on that so that sale/purchase will be more enjoyable.

Bought a pair of air force 1 supreme. Whole proceed was alright. Price was reasonable. However shoes were dubious. Insole didn't have supreme logo, box was different.

Once a product arrives at our offices from the seller, our authentication team looks at every single product. No exceptions. All items we receive are inspected by at least 2 staff members. Every single detail from the box, to the inside stitching, is checked.

For purchases made via the platform for both sneakers and streetwear, in general we try to keep fulfillment delivery between 6 - 10 working days from the transaction date. This does not include holidays or festive seasons where delivery may be delayed due to surge orders.
Upon checking your order, we managed to deliver the product to you without our fulfillment period. Additionally, we would like to apologize if we are unable to accommodate the cancellation of your purchase. Once an offer is accepted or a purchase is made, a transaction will be created and once a transaction is created, we do not allow any cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or swapbacks. Novelship moves at snail's pace. Why are they so damn slow?!
Selling on Novelship is an incredibly long and drawn out process. I send items to both Stockx and Novelship on the same day - Monday. By Thursday, my item at Stockx had been authenticated and paid out (shipping from AU to US, mind you!)... Yet my items are still waiting for authentication at Novelship.
I hear the payout process is tedious as well.
So much for being the 'superior' Asia-Pacific service that we all wanted :/

When you check sneakers, you have to tell whether it is fake or legit, if FAKE you have to let us know as owner what makes the sneaker "fake".

Item received in good condition. Delivery of item was very slow as the first shoe that arrived failed legit check. Novelship did source out from another seller to replace the initial shoe. However service recovery was not that great as me, the buyer are the only one chasing novelship for an update.

1. Sellers' Lists have been bought up by other buyers, leading to the next lowest List being displayed - thus resulting in price increase.
2. Sellers adjusted their list prices based on their willingness to sell.
We cannot dictate the price that sellers sell at, but put in place regulations to ensure that sellers abide by the platform rules before and after making a sale.

Very long waiting uncertainty exactly 18 days prior to delivery as there was no status update not only when after 10 days when i started making a follow up that’s when someone responded . Very frustrating .

The reason I gave three stars is first there is some shoes that aren’t available to sell and even if we told them to put it in we will most likely be the only one to sell the shoe and it will be hard to sell it. Second the payment is awfully slow I have waited them about a week and a few days for them to bank in and after they bank in, I still have to wait for my bank to transfer and accept the payment which will take a week and total I might have to wait 2-3 weeks. I have about 3k with them and their payment is very slow.

I made an offer to purchase one of the shoes in Novelship . Im asking for US9 , the thing is Novelship replied to me the next day the size is not available and offer me another size which is US8 . if Novelship dont have the size why even bother accept the offer at the first place , even offer the size thats not fit on me . if US8.5 i still can consider it . im so dissapointed . oh yeah btw im not a reseller

Need better handling if goods deem to be defective. A yeezy fade of mine was deem to be defective juz because it was not of the same tone with the other shoe that is being compare to. They should have made further checks with the experts(adidas) before stating it fail their autentication.

Sent me a T-shirt with strands of long hair and some weird smell inside the t-shirt. As I was not careful and have cut off the novelship tag as T-shirt looked fine on the outside ) novelship did not want to take responsibility if tags were cut off. Before the customer service staff knew that I had cut off the tag she kept insisting the T-shirt was new and authentic and no refund would be given and asked me to sell the t-shirt on their platform if I did not want the Tshirt. First and last time buying from Novelship.
