Did not receive any authentication tag and no reply from emails.
Did not receive any authentication tag when received the sneaker that i bought from them. Emailed them about the matter with a proof of an unboxing video of the sneaker but did not receive any reply from them for about 3 weeks now. Disappointed.

So far I have been having a good time selling on novelship. However, just recently, I got rejected for a pair that passed quality check. To be very honest, the pair was kept and well maintained, the soles were not even yellow from the picture and it is some dirt that is so minor that buyer would not even notice. As a buyer, what I care about most is first if the item is authentic or not? Then I go ahead to proceed to check if there are any MAJOR flaws of the shoes. I don’t catch tiny little minute details like some non visible dot on the pair of shoes. So as a buyer, if I were to receive an item that I feel is not right, for example, stitching issues on the inner t shirt, do I return the items back to you and get a refund? It doesn’t work that way too. So I feel, to be fair to the seller, i would propose for the buyer to offer a price instead to see if the seller agree to sell at this price for such a minute matter and novelship to hold the shoes until the next buyer arrives? It really scars seller to sell, means we got to take every single angle of the shoe before we send them over to you? I mean Not to earn our sellers money for whatever penalty fee or shipping fee back as well what.
Next, as a buyer, overall I’m satisfied but just for one thing, you promised to get a deal done by 6/10 working days, fine, sometimes I agree yea it’s from overseas then inform your buyer this is coming from overseas and it takes some time to come? Also, when you engage with your courier thst we paid for, it takes 3-4 working days to reach me. Holy, we are talking about local shipment that I paid 15 bucks for, and you take 3-4 working days. I could pay 5 bucks and get my items shipped the next working day locally man. But it doesn’t seem like it when we were to ship our shoes to you, it reach you within 1-2 working days.
All these are just my Honest And truthful opinion and feedback. I wasted my time typing this but I hope my time wasted is worth it for you guys to improve on your service cuz I’m your customer as well. Thank you

During the verification process we are looking for 2 things. 1) Is the item authentic? 2) Would the item be acceptable to sell at a retail location. If the item failed our checks, we notify the seller immediately and give them a chance to provide an offer or discount to the buyer. Offering a price discount on a defective product will increase the chance of a buyer accepting your product.

The reason I’m giving 3 stars is that the refund policy was smooth and hassle free as Michelle help to process the return and fast arrangement.
But reason why two star missing because novelship send wrong shoes to me. The most basis require is to get the correct shoes and yet this fail the first check of making sure the shoes is correct before doing legit check.

Better Bubble wrapped delivery and revised tax policy
The first time buying something from novelship I got myself a yeezy 700mnvn triple black which I’ve been wanting for a long time. There are two things that really bugged me and I wish novelship would try to take steps to fix it. First up, novelship started their platform for Malaysia and i was very excited, so when I got my first item I was dismayed that I have to pay tax for the item to be shipped to me just because their headquarters are based in Singapore. I find it to be unfair for us consumers in Malaysia to pay tax just because it has to be shipped from Singapore because the platform and payment were made in Malaysia. In my humble opinion novelship should at least take up half of the tax if not the full amount of import tax for every item. Secondly we pay a premium
Amount for the delivery however it’s disappointing to receive the item which was double boxed but without bubble wrap sent to me. The box had many bump and this significantly brings the value of the shoe down if I were to sell the shoe. Novelship by least could deliver the parcel with bubble wrap to ensure that the box isn’t damaged as the box too carry value for the shoes if I were to sell it off in the future.

Regarding the tax, delivery fees vary based on the product size and weight. Some items that are larger and/or heavier may have a higher delivery cost displayed. We ship and deliver internationally with DHL, and other freight providers depending on your location. As a buyer, you agree to pay any and all local, state, federal, or international taxes (including sales taxes) that may be due with respect to your purchase transaction.
Duties and taxes payable upon product arrival are calculated based on your delivery address, and enforced by the local jurisdiction.
Additionally, we will be declaring the product at the lower end of either the retail or offer/purchase price. I am afraid we are not able to declare the product at a lower price than that.

i had initially applied the welcome discount code onto my bid, but then my bid got error after a couple of days, and when i tried to search back the promo code, system did not allow me to key in, and after a few tries i keyed in only my bidding price without the code, and moments later, my bid got accepted

Bought two pairs of shoes. one went well, while there is obvious difference between left and right shoe for the other pair where the leather and sewing on one shoe is much inferior than its counterpart, which bothers me about the authenticity of the shoes. It took a few days to get the response from customer service who mentioned it is normal for AJ1. It was not very convincing. wonder how novelship can provide assurance to the buyer who relies on their service in this case. If there is defect on the shoe, does buyer have any option or have to accept it?

To be clear, the product quality guide provided in our website doesn't mean that it can fully cover the the details of the allowable or not allowable items during the checks. We can only give a range for the expectations that we are looking for when authenticating an item. Everything else will be case to case basis.
Additionally, as with products sold at retail stores, some products are deemed "Deadstock" and will pass through our inspection despite having minor stitching or other manufacturing flaws, which are uncontrollable.
We would also like to assure you that the product is determined to be 100% authentic.

Honestly, I think Novelship should provide a more precise seller guide because for beginner, we don't know what to do after the listing has been accepted. We don't know you'll provide the waybills and which courier service to go. Initially, I thought we can ship through every courier service but apparently only DHL. What if my area doesn't have DHL but other courier services?

Second purchase from novelship was expecting to fair better then my first purchase but ended up facing the same seller failure to commit to deadline issue.
