Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers often praise the quick delivery times, attractive packaging, and useful products that work exceptionally well for their intended purposes. Many people frequently mention smooth overall transactions and items arriving safely and in excellent condition ready for use. Though some customers experienced extremely long delivery delays, occasional tracking issues, or packages that arrived damaged. Others noted that certain received items felt flimsy, failed to work properly, or did not match their original expectations. A few reviewers also pointed out sizing discrepancies or flaws in the materials that made products difficult to use.

So I ordered but by the time they took to be delivered the heat had subsided , so now I will have to wait until the next heatwave before I can say if the cooling towels actually work. I have had a quick look at one and I would say that it is a bit far fetched to describe them as Towels mor a cooling dishcloth but thinner.
Great product , great service thank you
The items purchased appear to be good quality. Delivery wasn't too bad.
The product was very good was a bit sceptical at first that it would work, but they do, would be good if towel was bigger but very pleased
Not quite as cool as I had expected but better than nothing.
Took weeks to arrive! When wetted, made my clothes wet. Coolness didnt last as long as advertised. Soon dried out. Shaking to reactivate did nothing. Waste of money really, a teatowel would have had the same effect!
Having just received item yesterday I haven’t used it yet. Took 3 weeks to arrive.
Excellent product, does what was promised so I'm really happy
Order came promptly mat a bit thin but does the job
Delivered quickly but tracking was almost non existsnt
Good communication. Fairly quick delivery. Looks a good product. Just need to use it!
I had good service from customer service. I was worried because my package was taking a while to be delivered but they assured me it was ok anonymously it’s way and to be patient. It arrived safely. I am so pleased with it. I does exactly what it says it will do. Love this.
Good quality product. Comfortable to wear
Can’t fit it into charging hole with phone case on, and it’s too much hassle to keep taking the case off so sadly won’t be using the charger
Extremely disappointed with this service. I’ve been waiting over a month for my parcel, and there is still no sign of my order. Communication has been poor, and I’ve received no meaningful updates about the delay. Waiting this long without any resolution is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company based on my experience.
The items I ordered took a long time to get delivered. Also, the cases were all mis-shaped & don’t stand up! The towels themselves are great, it’s a shame the accessories (storage pots) are sub-standard.
Seems to be a great product, I have not used them yet. Delivery took 3 weeks
Delivery wasa bit longer than expected and tracking was difficult but on the whole okay
