评价综述
AI 生成Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers often praise the quick delivery times, attractive packaging, and useful products that work exceptionally well for their intended purposes. Many people frequently mention smooth overall transactions and items arriving safely and in excellent condition ready for use. Though some customers experienced extremely long delivery delays, occasional tracking issues, or packages that arrived damaged. Others noted that certain received items felt flimsy, failed to work properly, or did not match their original expectations. A few reviewers also pointed out sizing discrepancies or flaws in the materials that made products difficult to use.

Cooling towels...yeah they are great when the company can get my order right. Still hasn't despite emails going back and forth. Ordered 6 with their offer of buy one £9.99 get one free so got 3 sets with 1 blue/ rose and 2 blue/ Grey. Price £29.97 with £3 discount and free shipping , therefore £26.97 ONLY 2 sets of blue/Grey arrived, other missing. They even sent confirmation of my order. Got in touch. Sent pics as requested and still they say warehouse packed right amount! Their last email even included section of my order clearly showing 3 sets. And they still had the cheek of taking £33.01....HOW DO THEY DO THEY THAT WITHOUT MY AUTHORITY!? STILL TO HEAR FROM THEM AFTER MY RECENT EMAIL
Slightly dissapointed
The towels are a lot smaller than what is advertised so was a little dissapointed that they are so small. Otherwise would be a good item if they were a bit bigger

I haven’t used the usb yet but the package was slit open at the wrong end and had a hole in the other end, so the delivery company needs to answer for the state of it on arrival….

Item ordered and never delivered. They advertise on Facebook and it all looks genuine, but clearly they have no intention of ever delivering. Avoid at all costs.
