Delivery was extended, so much so that I forgot I had ordered them, when they finally arrived I put them on coat hangers to let the creases fall out. When I hung them up I noticed a mark on the dark blue one. It looked like a cut in the material but on closer investigation it is a flaw in the weaving. Being short sleeved it's not the sort of defect that can be hidden by wearing a jacket. I am 82 years old and don't know how best to rectify this issue. The other two shirts appear to be ok.
Lovely lady easy to talk to and put us both at ease . Talked to Aurora first and that went well I felt she found it easy to give her answers . I felt she listened to my answers and gave good feedback and sounded invested in our situation .
Fantastic service,very quick delivery, well made only problem, which was my fault I thought I was ordering a birthday book as her b.day is a week before Christmas but clicked Christmas book....but that's my fault.but loved the company and will be telling all the nurses on my ward where I work, what a fantastic idea this is .

and it is very cheaply made .
Cost £16 and they won't return it and refund it .
Just offer compensation of £3 Fraud .

Appalling
I placed order in June. It took a month for order to arrive. 3 of the bags are damaged. 2 are ripped and one doesnt close properly, so air continuously escaping.
Contacted supplier who offered replacements which I accepted. They keep asking for photos of damaged goods which I have sent 3 times. Then wanted me to send damaged bags back to them in China, which is ridiculous. Still not resolved. Absolutely terrible service. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM
The flash drive is loose on my iPhone 17 and is a slack fitting often showing that it is offline because it has not made the right contact. I managed to download my photos but it was difficult and took several attempts. I would have expected a tighter fit.
Very bad experience with Customer Service. Firstly they overcharged me at checkout but did manage to refund only when requested. Products arrived and not as described. Return requested and no satisfactory solution or return address provided. Requests are responded with Standard BOT replies. Solution still awaited
My cologne only arrived yesterday so I haven't had the chance to wear it yet. It was very neatly packaged with each having its own tin. The scents are very attractive and having the ability to carry one in your pocket makes reapplying very easy. A very nice product and well priced.
