Novodiva is a scam
Novodiva is a scam! The products are extremely poor quality. I have received the items in damaged condition and they do not want to cover the return fees. They offered to cover 9 dollars when the shipping cost 50 dollars and the orders was 100 dollars.
Package status shows delivered but I haven’t received parcel
My package status shows delivered and the address says Azad Nagar. The item has not been delivered to me, wrong status has been mentioned. I do not even stay in Azad Nagar. The tracking number is of china EMS, there’s no way to contact them but over email.
This deserves zero stars
This deserves zero stars. Buyers please be cautious before purchasing. The photos in their website are taken directly from other brands/influencers and are not theirs. What you see in the photo's aren't real and the product you'll receive is a completely poor copy. They are from China in Shenzhen and pretending to be a 'foreign' brand. The dress I purchase is a copy of the brand SAU LEE - and it was the trashiest material ever. The only upside is they are responsive.
Terrible clothes
Terrible clothes! They are clearly rip-off designs, as the fabric, many details and construction does not match the images you see when you buy. After reading the reviews about the nightmare that it is tring to get get a refund, I guess I'm just going to bite the loss. But will make sure to shame them however I can! They should be shut down and fined for bad business practices.
Terrible experience
Terrible experience! The quality of the products was nothing like what was shown on the website they are cheap and disappointing. Returning the goods was a nightmare; they even tried to claim that returning the items is more expensive than what I paid. I finally sent everything back, but now I’m still not getting my refund. I’ve been chasing them for a response, but no one replies. This company is dishonest and has awful customer service. Do not order from them!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I received a dress that looks nothing like the picture — the quality is extremely poor. The worst part is that I would have to pay for the shipping if I wanted to return it. Do not buy from this site. It’s a total scam

I am so pissed I paid 65 dollars for the cutest set only to be very dissapointed by what I recieved . It is completely different than what I ordered, the fabric and colors are dramatically different than the pic. The set looked high end and deep rich colors . And I literally got flannel pjs. I AM SO ANNOYED !!!! I am never buying crap clothes of instagram ever again.

Do not buy from this company!!! The items are cheap fabric, badly made and awful fit. Nothing like the advertising . They will constantly fob you off with ridiculous offers of $15 or their company policy is refund only if you send back to China!!

Really disappointed. The items are made of poor-quality material. I’ve contacted them through Instagram and email, but their response is extremely slow. When they finally replied, they asked me to send photos and highlight the issue—even though I had already explained it was about the overall fabric quality, which can’t be fixed. I also informed them that I’m traveling and need to return the items, but received no response and no one came to collect the return.

Fraud company you’ll loose your money
This company is fraud. I ended up loosing around $400. They took forever to ship and I never received package nor did they helped or cared to figure out where the package got lost. They said to resent the package but never sent it. You’ll end up loosing your money.

I got two dresses from them managed to take one from them but wanted to return the other one cos it was really short but they will discourage refunds and will offer you $4 and told me keep the dress for dress I paid $60 for (which shows how cheap the garment actually is) Wish I heard read their reviews here before buying

Awful experience. Please do not shop here. The fabric is transparent, really cheap, but they will discourage refunds and will offer you $3band tell you to keep the dress. ,(which shows how cheap the garment actually is). Then when you refuse based on your consumer rights, they tell you it's expensive to return to China (which it is) and offer you $5. I am not kidding. Then when you insist that is not fair they say you must track the item, it costs way too much. Then they tell you they never received the item and will not refund you. Because it is international I can only track inside of Ireland. Such a mistake ordering from here. Do not order from novodivo. The only real outcome I will get is if I save someone else the misfortune I had.

The dress material was nice but what I got was not what it's shown on the picture. The dress is supposed to have a really low back and what I got was not that at all. The back was sawn to the top. Am I supposed to take it to alterations? It wasnt expensive but I'm not willing to pay an extra $50 to have it fixed. I wouldnt be writting this review it I was able to return it but you have to pay for returns back to China. NOT WORTH IT
