I ordered and received very shocking 😳 items. Some came and some were completely different and some never returned. Neither did my refund hahahaha unbelievable! They even responded from the customer support to tell me sorry and that they will give me 25% discount on my next order when I asked for a refund for my items that never showed. Today I have came across their ig page and reminded them.
Novodiva is a scam!!! Look at the reviews on trust pilot they just take pics of dresses from other websites at put them on there’s and most of their stuff is AI and when they try dresses on like this they just use dresses from different companies and pretend that they are theirs
So, here is what happened. I placed my order on August 5th. On August 21st, I found out that they had not even shipped my order yet, so I asked them to cancel it. Since the website states a delivery time of 10–15 business days after shipping, I knew that even if they shipped it immediately, I would not receive it in time for the event I needed the dresses for. In response to my cancellation request, they told me that they would ship the order within 48 hours. Honestly, this is ridiculous. I asked them to CANCEL my order, and they responded by saying that they were going to do the exact opposite and ship it. On August 22nd, I contacted them again and clearly stated that I no longer needed the order and that I demanded that they cancel it and refund my money. Then, on August 24th, I received a notification saying that my order had been shipped. How is this even possible? After I tried to cancel the order TWICE, they completely ignored my requests and shipped it anyway. Today is August 31st — 18 business days after I placed the order — and I still have not received my package. Is there any way we can come together and take legal action against this seller? They charge people around €50 per dress, provide terrible-quality products, ignore cancellation requests, and apparently get away with it every single day.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience with Novodiva. I ordered dresses from Novodiva for around $250. Unfortunately, the dresses I received were not as expected. The sizes did not match the measurements provided on the website, and the fit was completely different from what was advertised. The quality was also very disappointing. The fabric feels very cheap and does not look like the photos on the website. The dresses appeared much higher quality online than they actually are in reality. Because of the poor fit and quality, I decided to return the items following the return procedure. I shipped the package back to China with tracking number CP113804945BG. The package arrived in China but is now stuck in customs because of missing invoice/customs information. I contacted Novodiva and asked them to assist with the customs process so the package can reach them and my refund can be completed. However, I feel that they are not taking any real action to help resolve the situation. It seems like they are not making the necessary effort to receive the return package and process my refund. I spent around $250 and expected much better product quality and customer service. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I would not recommend Novodiva due to the poor quality, inaccurate sizing, and difficulties with returns and refunds.
I’d give zero stars if I could. Ordered the dress on the 26th of June and paid for expedited shipping (5-10 working days) only to go on the website and find out they apparently count the shipping time from the day they ship it. Which necessarily means they could send it next year and count the shipping time from them. I emailed them when the dress didn’t arrive after the 9th of July cause I had ordered it for my graduation. They replied immediately and told me they would ship it as soon as possible. I emailed rhem again on the 13th asking if I could cancel the order, but received no reply. I have sent multiple emails since then, which are still awaiting reply. Honestly it’s on me for trusting them
I am speechless about how bad is this business and how awful they treat their customers. I made a purchase on Jun 17 for a dress I would use to be a bridesmaid with the promise to be delivered between 6-10 business days. So the 10 business days passed and they did not even shipped the item. I started send emails and when they bothered to respond they did 3 times with the copy and paste response that they would work on the shipping and they never did. They stopped answering and then I post a comment on their Instagram, guess what? They blocked me! DO NOT BUY IT! It’s a scheme
Ordered a short dress and received what looked like two pieces of fabric stitched together at the side. The item looked nothing like the photos on the website and the quality was terrible. Very disappointing and honestly felt like a joke. I would not recommend buying from this site
I ordered a dress from Novodia for a wedding. Before ordering, I emailed them to explain that I really needed the dress on time, and they replied that they would do their best. When the dress arrived, the zipper was broken and the dress could not even be closed. I contacted customer service to ask for a solution because I urgently needed the dress. Their offer was either to return it to China at my own expense or receive only $3 compensation. The dress cost over $50, and because I had no choice, I paid $25.39 to repair it myself. After explaining this and asking them to check items before shipping, the only reply I received was “OK!”. In the end, they sent only $5 compensation. Very disappointing experience. Poor quality control and poor customer service. Never again.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. They will never send your order or provide a correct date when it will be sent. I ordered April 15 2026 and a month later nothing was sent. I sent multiple emails before them inquiring about when it was going to get delivered and they had no answers. Pure incompetence. Luckily I got the order cancelled before it got shipped out. I saw other comments saying the quality was awful and the clothes didn’t look like the pictures so looked like I dodged a bullet!
SCAM. Ordered a dress from "Novodiva" site. Once it arrived, it looked nothing like the dress. They said the dress was "in good condition" and that they would take the dress back if I payed to send it back from Portugal to china. Of course they said they would give me the money back once the dress gets to the other side of the world.... Pretty sure I would never see that amount back in my pocket if I did that. Also, since either items are "not as described on product page", or the dress is "damaged" (both in the return policy witten in their webpage), it should never be the client's responsability to pay for the shipment to return. I filed a complaint so they wont trick other people into buying their expensive garbage.
I had one of the worst online shopping experiences with Novodiva. I paid an extra $24 for express shipping because I needed the dress urgently, and they promised delivery within one week. Instead, my order arrived after almost 35–40 days, and they never refunded the extra shipping amount I paid for faster delivery.When the dress finally arrived, the quality was extremely disappointing. The fabric felt very cheap and nothing like what was shown online. Honestly, I have never even worn the dress it’s just sitting in my cupboard because it was not worth the amount of money I spent on it.What made the experience even worse was the customer service. Replies would take forever, and after I complained and asked for an exchange/return, they expected me to pay the return shipping as well. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, they blocked my Instagram account and even blocked my email just because I asked for a refund and raised concerns about the quality.Blocking a customer instead of helping them is honestly unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would personally never recommend ordering from Novodiva.
If there was a zero I would put a zero star. I spent forty dollars on a top. What I got and what I ordered are two different things.Then, they say I have to send it back to china which is thirty two dollars to send it back.They will not do a refund, so I sent it to the dress.I got shipped from a les and not in chicago, and it came back to me returned to sender. Do not buy from this company.It is the worst.It is really a shame because their style is quite stylish.If they were actually a good company and had what they actually showed, I bet they would do a lot of business.But this is being ordered from china.Let's all keep this in mind, buy FROM THE USA.

Customer service is constantly delaying the process. Product has a remittent address of California but when you reach out to them they want you to return to China. Which it makes impossible to do due to the cost. Quality is not the best. Product containing metals are tarnished. Do not buy from this website. Don’t waste your money or time!
Ordered Dec 2nd. Still have not received my item and the tracking just stopped a week ago. I wrote the company and requested help and have received none. Theres no where in the world it takes 28 days to receive an item from.
I honestly wish I had never ordered from Novodiva. My experience with Novodiva has been unbelievably frustrating. I contacted them immediately after placing my order and asked for an auto-cancel, but they refused and shipped the package anyway, even though I clearly told them I didn’t want it. When the order arrived, I returned it properly and provided all the information they asked for. But now, despite receiving the returned package, they keep repeating that “nothing has arrived” and refuse to issue my refund. It’s been months of back-and-forth emails with the same copy-paste answers and zero responsibility. They forced the order to be shipped when I tried to cancel it, and now they refuse to refund the returned item. I will never order from this company again, and I strongly advise others to avoid them if they expect honest customer service or a simple refund process.
I bought a dress and arrived something tottaly different. I paid 60€ and I wrote an email asking for return and refund, they answered me saying they can give to me 3$ compensation or if I want to return I need to pay for the return in CHINA and they suggest I keep the dress (not the same as the picture) and accept the 3$ compensation, when I paid 60€ for it. This site is a scam to take money from people, I should have checked before, unfortunately I haven’t. Now I am suing them.
