When I reached out to their customer service for a return, they offered me only $5 as compensation for a $57 dress or required me to pay expensive shipping costs to return the item to China. They also mentioned potential customs issues, which felt like an attempt to discourage me from returning the product. This kind of deceptive practice is unacceptable. Customers should be able to trust that the products they order will match the descriptions and photos on the website.
