Great After Sales and Shopping Experience
I'm Steven from Indonesia. I've bought Scania SDP3 from this shop in Feb 2020, shipping delayed and received it on April (potentially due to restriction in our country). I have trouble installing it to my laptop, but their team help me through, even offer an upgrade of the software. Great experience. I surely bought again from this shop!

Best sellers in China!!
I bought Xentry and Can Clip for couple of years back (in 2019) and since then have had help from the sellers several times, with program problems and updating programs. I have NEVER been left alone!! So next time I need to update my diagnostics harware - I know where to turn =) I have over 10 different diagsnotics hardware and these are the best sellers by far!

Just ordered some equipment from Obd2shop.co.uk and everything turned up as expected. I was a bit nervous at first as I had never used them before but Elyza kept me up to date with tracking numbers.

I bought Mercedes Star diagnostic machine. First off all, website is uk but most stuff comes from China. All emails are also getting sent from China in the middle of the night in broken English, they are obviously using translator, very hard to communicate. Anyway, when you receive the system you have to install hard drive into your laptop and go through complicated setting up process, that includes sending some codes through email, which is fine if you have some pc knowledge. However, after first 2 uses Windows gave me warning about viruses and deleted some files. I managed to find them files in backup folder and copy them but not for long. System gave me virus warning again and after restart Windows is not booting anymore. After long conversations and seller refusing sending out new ssd without returning faulty 1 first(to China) I bit the bullet and purchased another ssd. After nearly 2 weeks got replacement in the post to find out that they have sent me empty ssd. All they can do is say sorry and asking me to send it back to China to get another replacement again. I have paid over £400 now for non working system. Despite several emails saying that I want to send everything back for full refund they just keep asking to send ssd back so they can post a replacement again. Not having this. PayPal case is getting opened to solve this! Worst experience ever and I mean it! Don’t buy from this seller if you don’t want hassle!!!

Had an issue with an unrecognised PayPal purchase at OBD2shop which PayPal denied. Luckily, after contacting OBD2shop, Elyza agreed to refund me if I sent the product back when it arrived. I sent the item back tracked and Elyza always replied quickly considering the time zone difference. It did take a few weeks to get my money back, apparently PayPal were causing issues, but I was refunded in full. Thank you
