As mentioned below, it states that the stock comes from UK Warehouse with no Tax but this is a total lie.
I specifically asked the seller before hand if the USB chip was genuine (is a device with a value of £100 so I expect some decent quality), seller confirmed that the chip is genuine and original. The device arrived and the chip screams counterfeit, infact its easy enough to search Google for the serial number to see that its not a unique serial and is a fake.
The device doesn't operate and the USB connector isn't even located correctly (but this is not the problem with the item since I modified my own USB cable so it fits well and still the device doesn't work).
Their resolution is for me to further purchase other items from their store!!!!
I have been robbed and I hope that others read this before taking a gamble. I usually use autocardiag.com but since they didn't have the product I was looking for I thought to use OBD2/IIexpress (same company operating under UK Web address). Massive mistake.

Horrible, horrible experience with this shop. Bought a FAULTY scanner from them. I reached out to the shop via email and they agreed to refund my money once I sent it back. Well, I sent it back in JANUARY and saw it was delivered within the week so I asked about my refund and eventually they just flat out stopped replying to my emails. I reached out many times via email and even downloaded an app I've never used before just to get a reply. Communication was terrible. They read messages and didn't reply. I knew it was China based and even stayed up to an appropriate time for them to answer me but there was the bs excuse "I'm not in the office" "I'll check tomorrow". I can see they are reading my messages but not replying. I sent so many emails until I finally got an email saying my refund was being processed. In MARCH. Very unprofessional and upsetting as I needed this part to fix a customer's car.
I cannot stress this enough- DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP!! You will regret it as I certainly did.

because of COVID-2019, we stayed at home from Jan,23th to March 8th; so we can not pick up the package from Post office when we at home.
After we back to office we asked postman delivery the package at once and refund immedaitely

I bought a renault-com OBD which didnt worked opened a request on Paypal which declined. This company sells faulty items saying Uk warehouse yet everything comes from china, and does not take responsibility for faulty goods. I recommend stay away from them if you dear your money.

Says on website that the product ships from “US stock” and almost 3 weeks went by and I finally received a China post tracking number.. I ordered from this site because of the US availability and it also says in stock. A few days went by after ordering and they sent email saying it was out of stock and would take a few extra days for shipping. Very misleading I’m still waiting for the product so can’t review that as of yet.

Purchased Ross tech cable for VCDS and could not use it until activated. Contacted support Jenny Guo Very slow response. Sent her registration file and she sent me file to register that did not work and still does not work. Cable is useless I got scammed. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.I am tired of installing and uninstalling VCDS loader and VCDS. I uninstalled all programs and cleaned junk files and registry 3 times now. I downloaded all from link you sent. Reinstalled all ran as administrator . Still CANNOT register same 3 errors as I have sent you now for 2 WEEKS.Contacted you last Friday Still not working. NO reply from You Today is March 6. Bought an Md 808 pro scanner.
Was worried abut purchase as I read reviews after ordering. No problems whatsoever, excellent item, delivery fast, very happy with purchase.
Don’t believe this site when it says free delivery from UK warehouse. I received the scanner I ordered then two weeks later I received a tax invoice for import duty from Fedex. When I questioned 5his with the company they said they didn’t have one in their uk warehouse so had it sent to me from their Hong Kong warehouse. They chose Fedex ‘for me’. When I suggested that as they had incurred the charge on my behalf, without my permission, then they should pay it. No they offered a bigger discount next time and referred my to their policy which says if they sent from abroad tax can be incurred. They don’t seem to understand that if the advert said frees delivery from a UK warehouse I had no need to read their policy. Definitely won’t be using the company again.

I bought their Cummins Insite Pro 500 with the Cummins Inline 6, The Cd they sent had some kind of problem installing the program. I contacted Obd2shop and they installed it for us thru Teamvier. Well they got Cummins insite installed but it was Just the Basic Insite (READ ONLY) Not Insite Pro 500 ALSO it didn't have drivers installed for their Inline6 data link . Now after 40 are 50 back and forth emails try to resolve the problem they are now saying the laptop is not the one they installed it on and will need more money, I don't know who writting those reviews showing 100% but I'm not Happy. I hope my review saves someone else the headakes I've been dealing with . AS OF TODAY NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED !!!
