I have bought vvdi product should be posted from uk but and delivered in 5 days after 8 days I have contacted them and they saying we have one faulty in stock

Don’t buy from them.

Don’t buy from them. I got scammed. I ordered a Tech2 with a Carrying case and 2 Memory cards. Waited like 15 days for shipping and then when i got home and opened the package the Tech2 is missing. And so are the 2 memory cards! And the carrying case is nothing like on the pictures. The one on the pictures seems so good quality. Well organized and tidy but the one i got is just a generic carrying case with foam cut out to fit the stuff… All cables and other accesories sre there tho. They wont refund me for it. They offered 40GBP but thats all. My answer to their reply down below: I never claimed the courier stole it. The package was i perfect condition. The unit was never packaged. The video they sent me doesnt prove it’s my package being processed. Tired of these chinese gompanies scamming people. And about the money yes i requested 200 first but since you obviously wouldnt agree i decided to agree on a compromise which was 100. I’ve contacted my bank and they have told the police about it and its being investigated.

Please don't believe him, this is a liar not a real customer We completed the shipment, but he told us do not receive the main unit. how ridiculous this is！ At first, the customer said that it might be stolen from the warehouse. We sent him the surveillance video of the warehouse that day packed the goods to prove everything here Then he said it might have been stolen from the factory. This is ridiculous. The factory production equipment, why steal it? Then he said the courier who stole it , but the package he received was in good condition had not been opened. We know that this customer received everything and he was just want for extra money, so we promised him a partial refund of 40 GBP, but this customer was not satisfied, he said he needed at least 200 GBP, we disagree, and he went on to say that also requires a refund of 100 GBP So, this person is not a real buyer, he is a liar

If I could give these 0 stars it would be to many, ripped off of £1153. Item ordered in November 21. Now February still not got, these guys don’t give a crap, hide behind excuses. Basically no house number on parcel, so went to collect from yodel, couldn’t find parcel due to Xmas back log. Back multiple times to yodel,no show but I got free cable that obd shop sent out by Royal Mail, which had full address on?? Elysa contacted 90+ times same thing go down to yodel it there, Waited 3 weeks opened case with PayPal these won’t help either, as Elysa give them tracking number of free lead that was delivered, even though shipping info on obd site for £1153 unit has different tracking number , and obd shopuk tracking link stating it been returned back to Uk distribution company, Don’t trust because if something goes wrong it’s always somebody else’s fault, and they have all excuses under sun, still no £1153 or diagnostic unit and it’s February 😔 Like to see them reply to this, if only it had uploads so I could put all the proof on, it’s not all their fault but keeping my money when item is signed for back at their Uk warehouse, but excuse is “it hasn’t arrived back at warehouse , we keep asking”, yeah right Elysa someone isn’t telling the truth, you,Uk distribution centre or yodel, but doesn’t help me, if your buying use your credit card m, as PayPal don’t care either

Hello Dave, The first package returned back to UK warehouse, and we arranged a new shipment,tracking number JJD0002247989441343, it shows already deliveried on Feb,19th As compensation we also shipped the Nissan/Renault 16+32 adpter which can used on the X300 DP PLUS, tracking number WU763274623GB shows deliveried on Feb,28th So now both package reached, please keep promise to delete this review or change the review for us Thanks Elyza www.obd2shop.co.uk
