Products themselves are good, but be careful ordering accessories like extra brush heads as the website is confusing. "Style" numbers actually denote COLORS, I ended up with the wrong color and they would not make it right.
I never received the toothbrush. You are a bunch of cheaters. You left me no contact number to let you know that I never received it.
Dear Customer, So sorry to let you wait so long time. Your package has been delivered on April,03,2024, please pay attention to check the receipt. Tracking Number: YT2408521266037538 Tracking link: https://new.yuntrack.com/
Not sure it cleans as well as my old Sonicare. Have to be careful how you hold it. The control pads are right were I naturally hold it and so I keep changing the settings accidentally.
Quietest brush I’ve ever heard. Fast delivery. China to Canada took about 5 business days. Will use this for travel and purchase the new ultras S for everyday use. 👍
Too early to tell. The auto mailing address that only came up after submitting payment info was incorrect. I immediately used your contact info to report the correct address. When shipped the incorrect address was listed. So far, nothing received and no response info. Just in case, correct address is Capt Harry Elam 1426 Borghese Ln #301 Naples FL 34114. 252-207-8499
Works great and the magnet… why didn’t someone do this before!
We love your toothbrushes. We have given them to all of our kids and we’ve bought the water pick and then I just ordered a new water pic that I can travel with. Have nothing bad to say about your company and your product. All good!
Ships directly from China.... been waiting a week so far
I purchased the newest ultrasonic toothbrush model based on the CES award it received this year. I loved the amount of information the app provided, unfortunately after less than 2 weeks of use, the charger died. Not totally sure what happened but there was green crud around the charging pins and brown material on the base of the brush which could have contributed to the issue. Once requested video and other details were provided, my refund was processed. Hope this is not a design flaw as the features the product provided is impressive.
Good quality toothbrush. Our whole family bought from oclean
Oclean Air 2 seems like it is barely getting the job done. Wimpy. I wrote for the "30-Day Money Back Guarantee" and received this in response from Oclean: "Since it is a personal care product,we can only accept the return if the products are unopened. Already opened the package is not supported by the return. If there is no quality problem, you must return the product, you need to pay for the shipping cost and customs fees to China."
We waited and waited for it to get here and lo and behold, it doesn't work. We changed it, the screen went on but the brush does NOTHING
Product doesn't work for our toothbrushes despite claims that it does.
Shipping was slow. I ordered the brush on 01/26 shipped on 01/29 and delivered on 02/06. The brush is very noisy, it is hard to hold because it is round and slick, and the brush head is small. Compared to my prior brush this is an inferior brush, not worth the money paid.
Exactly what I ordered, good tracking.
Great product. On time delivery.
I ordered the product 2 weeks ago, and it still hasn't shown up. No shipping update, no nothing. Looks like I'm out $200.
