I 0rdered the Mom elephant with kids in acrelic. 2 were 4 by 4 and one was 5 by 5. When I got the email it showed two 5 by 5 and one 4 by 4. So now the bill is higher then I expected. When they come I have to send one of the 5 by 5 back to change it to 4 by 4. That's the only problem I had. Love the product.

Just a smudged colored dot!
If you are considering ordering an egg stamper you might want to think twice. The lettering is so miniscule (especially if you personalize it) that you can't tell what is printed. On top of that, it smudges very easily. Even when you try to apply the stamp very lightly so not to smudge, the edges won't appear because of the egg's curvature. The product you receive is exactly what the company promises to provide you but in reality, when applied to the egg it comes out as a smudge colored dot that no one can recognize. The stamp needs to be bigger. Learn a lesson from me, avoid wasting your money!

Just ordered, have not received yet. I noticed I misspelled a word on my custom order. I emailed them and got a response in a timely fashion that they corrected my mistake. I will leave another post when I receive my order.

It took too long to get it. The photo of the necklace looked great. The chain barely fits around my wifes neck and the hummingbird is a cheap looking piece of plastic crap.Very sorry that I got it for her.

I've scored a 3 at this stage as I've only just placed the order for 2 pendants, German Shepherds with angel wings. The ordering system was fine, simple & payment was straight forward. If the products arrive as per advertised & in a reasonable time (USA to NZ) then I will scored the company higher.

My order was received damaged. When I contacted the company listed on the shipping label "YUNTU COMPANY'' They advised me to contact 'just Ask' which I did. They requested i pay for their service which I did. Just Ask did not do anything for me. I am still holding the damaged product.

It was hard to use the website. You put the key word to look for what you are looking for and not all the items you want to see comes up. And after close ups one item then you want to go back to the list of the items, it goes back to the beginning so I was force to start all over again.
