The product ideas are great. I only wish there was a way to edit the product after adding it to the cart. If there is it, it wasn’t clear enough. I look forward to our posters for my son’s soccer team!

I made a mistake on ordering, providing first name instead of last name which is customary on back of jersey. I contacted them and they promptly and graciously fixed it. I received the pillow and couldn’t be more pleased in quality.

I ordered a baseball poster with insurance protection for my son on 1-12-25, I haven't received my produce and it is now 2-7-25. I have sent multiple emails stating I no longer want my product and would like a refund. I keep getting the run around about not being able to get a refund due to produce currently shipped, the app on shop for my product shows product still in production. This website/products are a joke and ignorant, I will never use this site again and just use amazon from now on

Not impressed

I ordered 2 baseball posters as gifts for Christmas. I ordered well in advance, more than a month. I did not get any updates about my order other than it’s in process and when I checked it was stuck somewhere. When I contacted customer service to follow up on status, all I kept being told was it’s on the way. It was not. It stayed with the courier and then I was told it could not be found. This was very disappointing as the holidays were quickly approaching and I had nothing. Customer service was no help. I was advised I could not be refunded since I already purchased the posters and they were shipped out. Like they didn’t even care about any of this. When they finally did arrive middle of January, totally unacceptable… they were alright. I was happy to have them to give as the long awaited gift, but I was not impressed at all with the product and service for sure, terrible in my experience.

Below 1 star. Don’t buy the small icehockey- and basketball keychains. They ar definately not as the pics. I ordered it by the picture and got a totally differentiere Keychain in glat plastic and not as the picture showed. Such a big dissapointment. It is fraud and a cheating company. Don’t buy anything at OKbands. Ever.

Do not order this garbage

If I could give no stars I would…..complete garbage. I ordered the softball bag and helmet tree ornament. Paid $30 for it. When it arrived it was a flat piece of plastic with the picture of a bag and helmet printed on it…..GARBAGE. AVOID THIS COMPANY. WISH would send better quality

SCAM ALERT!!! I ordered a customized hockey picture with my kids number and a saying. I got a kid on a dirt bike with a random saying that doesn’t make sense. Company offered a partial refund. Still fighting to get my money back! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Very bad service - I ordered on the 28th of November 2024

I ordered on the 28th of November 2024, I still don’t have the poster. Now they say my receipt email and transaction number is not valid and there is no record of my order yet they have charged me $50

misleading photos - cheap ridiculous product

The photos are extremely misleading. You are led to imagine a completely different product, which is worth those 20+ USD that you pay for it. However, in the small print it says, it is just a piece of acrylic glass.. And thats what you get. Something worth less than 50 cents that looks completely ridiculous is presented in a totally misleading manner. DO NOT order. You will be as frustrated as me
